HubSpot :

Co-sell

Support for AWS Contacts in HubSpot: SaaSify now syncs distinct AWS Contacts to their own HubSpot fields instead of one combined field. Each contact can then be used on its own in HubSpot reports, dashboards, workflows and filters.

  • Leads: each lead carries its ID, status, source, type, company, contact, industry, region and timestamps.

  • Invitations: status and expiry dates sync for each lead invitation.

  • Enrichment: AWS enrichment data appears on the HubSpot Company record. This covers solution score, account eligibility (PGP, Pioneer Credits, Partner-Led Sales Motion), employee count, region and last-enriched date.

  • Field mapping: contact roles can be mapped to HubSpot fields of the customer’s choosing.

HubSpot integration user: Support can now set a tenant’s HubSpot integration user themselves, under Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Users Settings. They pick an existing user from the Email dropdown and tag them as the tenant’s HubSpot user. Each tenant can have only one HubSpot user, so tagging a new user removes the previous one after a confirmation.

AWS opportunity tags, AWS Updates and deal sizing (ACE 3.0): HubSpot now supports the same ACE 3.0 changes as the WebApp for AWS co-sell opportunities.

  • Deal sizing: A Deal Size section supports these estimation methods: forecast MRR from TCV (1–144 months, USD or EUR), forecast MRR, AWS Pricing Calculator URL, and manual MRR. It also shows AWS MRR, AWS product selection and the AWS partition.

  • AWS Updates: Users can review changes suggested by AWS and apply them to the co-sell.

  • Marketplace offers: An AWS Marketplace offer or offer set can be associated with, replaced on, or removed from an opportunity.

  • Tags: Users can add key/value tags. Keys are read-only once saved, duplicate tags are blocked, and tags can’t be managed once an opportunity is Launched or Closed.

AWS Private offer/ ABO/ Authorizations

Feature

Flexible Net Payment Terms

Why It Matters

Enterprise buyers often need 60, 90, or even 120 days to pay, and deals can stall when offers only support AWS’s standard terms. Now you can set the right payment terms directly in SaaSify, so payment timing never gets in the way of closing.

What’s New

  • Choose a payment term on private offers: Select AWS default or Net 15 to Net 120 when creating an offer. The term applies to all charges in the offer, including upfront, recurring, and usage.

  • See terms in one place: The payment term shows on the offer and on the agreement once the buyer accepts.

Known Issues

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in HubSpot
