This article describes the steps that are required to establish a connection between Zoho CRM and SaaSify platform.

Prerequisites

  • PSM will provide the environment-specific SaaSify URL. Please use that URL to proceed with the Zoho integration.

Configuring Zoho App in SaaSify

Please follow the below steps to update the details in SaaSify: 

  1. Login to SaaSify using the Publisher Admin credentials 

  2. Navigate to Settings --> Integrations

  3. Select Zoho from the left-hand panel

  4. Enable Allow Write-Back checkbox

  5. Click on Save. You should see a confirmation message: “Configuration saved successfully” 

  6. Click on Validate 

  7. You will be redirected to the Zoho Installation Page

  8. Choose the appropriate organization and then click Submit

  9. You will be redirected to the confirmation page and enable checked box for “I allow SaaSify to access the above data from my Zoho account”, then click on Accept.

  10. You will be redirected to the SaaSify web portal, where you can then click Save to complete the process.
