Feature updates

  • Under Audit log, we are showing the title of Email triggered in Contacts along with time and time zone 

AWS CPPO

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue under Opportunity Name where it was not accepting hyphen and underscores 

  • Fixed the issue under Public EULA preview screen where hyperlink was missing for this field 

Email Notifications

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue for AWS Cancellation Emails where Reseller details were showing up 

  • Fixed the issue for AWS Public offer where cancellation email was not triggered to ISV 

  • Fixed the issue under Event Notifications if user adds a new event, preview email was not working 

  • Fixed the issue when customer purchased the CPPO offer, 2 emails got triggered for purchase order email and in one email reseller details was missing 

  • Fixed the issue under AWS Public offer purchase order email, it was showing the Agreement type as Private offer 

  • Fixed the issue under Notifications, where if user adds the event of FDA Accepted (AWS) it was throwing an error 

Private Offer

Resolved Issues

  • Stability improvements and provider equivalence related changes accommodated in the case of Push to CRM 

  • Implemented a functionality where users can archive Expired Private Offers as well from SaaSify 

  • Fixed the issue under Private offer listing screen where offer id was missing 

Azure Private Offer

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue under MPO where Customer Notification Contacts field was visible under details screen as this field is only applicable for Direct Private Offer 

  • Fixed the issue under Price per payment where it was not accepting “0”  

AWS Private Offer

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue where ISV didn’t receive offer acceptance email (Purchase Order Email) from SaaSify 

  • Fixed the issue where user was not receiving the Cancellation Emails (When contract was ended) 

  • Fixed the issue where Private offer name was not throwing any validation if special characters were added. Also added a validation that private offer cannot have more than 150 characters 

  • Fixed the issue where user was not able to publish the AWS Private offer from SF 

GCP Private Offer

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue where validation message was not showing up if there was already an active order for same product and billing account id 

  • Fixed the issue under scheduled start date where it was allowing user to select past date when they navigate back to offer term from offer pricing 

  • Fixed the total contract value calculation for CUD 1 based Pricing Model when Auto Renewal is turned on 

  • Fixed the issue where Save as draft button was not working for Offer Pricing screen 

GCP Public Offer

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue under Metrics where Display name was not editable 

ACE Co-sell

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue where ACE Originated Co-sells were not synched to Salesforce from SaaSify due to flow builder 

Known Issues

  • Push to CRM is not supported currently for Reseller Private Offer 

  • It is observed that if user clicks on setup account in AMMP immediately after the purchase for AWS RPO Offer there could be a delay in SaaSify Web Interface to show the latest updates from AWS
