Pre-requisites
Finding Subscription Resource ID:
If the purchased subscription is linked to your custom SaaSify instance, follow these steps:
Log in to your SaaSify instance.
Navigate to the Subscription tab.
Identify the subscription requiring a refund.
Click on Edit.
Cancel the subscription.
Copy the SaaS Subscription Resource ID for further use.
Locate Order Details:
Sign in to Partner Center.
Navigate to the Insights tab
Click on Orders.
Scroll down to find order details.
Search using the SaaS Subscription Resource ID copied earlier.
Note:
The SaaS Subscription Resource ID corresponds to the Asset ID in Partner Center order details.
Copy the Microsoft Subscription ID, customer company name, and amount for further use.

Follow the steps in next page to raise support ticket with Microsoft to initiate a refund for the cancelled subscription.
