Create support ticket with Microsoft

Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to Partner Center.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace Offers.

  3. Click on the "?" (help) icon located at the top right corner.

  4. Select Contact Support.

  5. Provide a problem summary: "Requesting a refund for a Marketplace transaction."

  6. Under Workspace, choose "Marketplace Offers."

  7. Select Problem Type: "General Marketplace Help and How-to questions > Customer issues in Appsource or Azure Marketplace."

  8. Review the solution.

  9. Create the Support Ticket.

  10. Add Problem Details:

    a)       Refund for Marketplace transaction.

    b)      Subscription Resource ID:

    (Copied in earlier step in previous page)

    c)       Customer Company Name:

    d)      Amount:

    e)      Microsoft Subscription ID:

    (Copied in earlier step in previous page)

  11. Proceed to the next step.

  12. Enter contact information.

  13. Submit the request.

Upon successful submission, the Microsoft support team will contact you using the provided contact details.
