Feature Updates

  • Introduced the ability to filter private offers for easier navigation and management. 

AWS PO / ABO / CPPO

Feature Updates

  • Private offers support multiple currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY. You can receive private offers in your preferred currency, eliminating foreign exchange variability for predictable invoicing. ISVs can create private offers in above currencies

  • Creation and submission of SaaS Subscription based private offers from HubSpot 

  • Support of Modify Expiration Date, Cancel offer, Clone functionalities in AWS Direct Private offer 

  • Enabled the capability to edit and re-submit a private offer in case of errors 

  • Support to generate buyer installment plan for Monthly, Annually and Quarterly frequency in New Private offer and FDA 

AWS CPPO

Feature Updates

  • Support of SaaS CPPO Authorization creation using FPS and Upfront Pricing model from HubSpot

  • Support to Deactivate Authorization from HubSpot 

  • Support to generate buyer installment plan for Monthly, Annually and Quarterly frequency in Authorization 

  • Support for file upload under Custom EULA for Buyer and Reseller while creating the Authorization from HubSpot 

Microsoft Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • Support for creating FPS and Non-FPS pricing model direct private offers from HubSpot 

  • Support of Withdraw functionality 

  • Support for file upload under Terms and Conditions while creating the direct Microsoft private offer from HubSpot 

Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Improved HubSpot UX by marking non-editable fields as read-only to avoid confusion during co-sell updates. 

ACE Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • SaaSify Co-sell now enables automatic association of Hyperscaler contacts (AWS, Azure, GCP) with HubSpot Deals and Companies (if the user configures it in SaaSify webapp). Contacts are extracted via marketplace APIs and tagged as Hyperscaler Contact using native HubSpot contact associations. 

  • When launching a Co-sell opportunity under the ISV Accelerate Partner Type, if the Delivery Model is anything other than SaaS or PaaS, the following fields will now be shown in the launch experience - but as optional: SaaS Documentation Fields, Close Date and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) 

  • The ACE Co-sell Multi-Partner Invite popup has been redesigned with improved layout and added fields for more contextual partner engagement. These fields provide richer context for multi-partner collaborations during invite. New Layout Structure 

    • Section 1: Project Details: Project Title, Project Description, Target Completion Date, Expected Customer Spend Amount (Number) 

    • Section 2: Partner Details 

    • Section 3: Sender Details 

  • SaaSify Co-sell now supports automatic ingestion of Next Steps field from a HubSpot Deal into the associated SaaSify Co-sell - but only when the Co-sell stage is editable. 

  • Users can now search for AWS Marketplace Private Offers by name while associating them to a Co-sell record - instead of manually entering the Offer ID. 

  • Users can now clone Co-sell records on AWS to speed up similar opportunity creation

Enhancement

Feature Updates

  • New "Closed Paused" stage lets sellers mark deals as temporarily inactive without marking them lost, mapped to "Prospect" in SaaSify for accurate Co-sell syncing. Allows sellers to pause deals temporarily without marking them as lost, enabling them to reactivate a deal that may have been paused earlier.

Microsoft Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Updated MS Co-sell List View to display Microsoft CSP status instead of partner status for accurate visibility into co-sells. 

Known Issues

  • File upload (Custom EULA upload) feature will not have validation for file type and file size limit for AWS Private offer / CPPO and Microsoft private offer
