Subscriptions

Feature updates

  • Added a column of Auto-Renew when user exports the Subscriptions excel file (AWS and AMP) 

AWS Private Offer/ Future dated Offer/ Agreement based Offer

Creation Screen

  • Addition of Product ID while creating Private offer / FDA / ABO 

Details Screen

  • Implemented the capability to Clone the Private offer / ABO 

  • Addition of Offer Created Date, Product ID, Purchasing Options, Pricing Model, Offer Type, Contract Start Date (For Non-FPS offers) fields under details screen

  • Ability to Copy Offer URL from details screen after Private offer / ABO is published 

  • Renamed Renewal with Renewal status

    • a. Rename "Yes' with Renewal offer

    • b. Rename "No" with Non renewal offer

  • Product dimension changes

    • a. Addition of API Name field under Product dimensions

AWS CPPO

Feature Updates

  • Text and Label changes in Creation, Preview and details screen

  • Support of Push to CRM for CPPO to SFDC 

  • Disabled Percentage discount type from webapp 

  • Introduced Customer Company Name field while creating the Authorization. Name entered in this field will be shown under Company Name field in CPPO Purchase Order Emails

  • Renamed Email Subject and Heading of Reseller Email with AWS CPPO is ready to be created

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the UI inconsistencies for Product dimensions

GCP Private Offer / Amendment Offer

Feature updates

  • Implemented the capability to Clone the GCP Private offer / Amendment Private offer

  • Updated offer duration and number of renewals limit for the GCP private offer/amendment offers to 7 years (84 months) 

AZURE Private Offer / MPO

Feature Updates

  • Implemented the functionality of Customer Renewals in Private offer / MPO which indicates whether customer will renew the Private offer or not

  • Implemented the capability to Clone the AMP Private offer / MPO

  • Implemented MPO New Stages and Email Notifications

  • New Stages

    • a. Details shared with Partner

    • b. MPO Published

  • Addition of New field while creating MPO  

    • a. Reseller Notification Recipients

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue where ISV manually linked the Subscription to Private offer and triggered the Purchase Order email. Purchase order email got triggered multiple times

ACE Co-sell

Feature updates

  • Introduced Filters for Pending, Accepted and Rejected status for ACE Originated Co-sell

  • Users can now Associate/Replace/Remove Marketplace Private offers after the stage is Launched 

  • Introduced a new functionality “Auto-Fill” under CRM > Mappings 

                          a. This will help in auto mapping the default mappings of HubSpot to the ACE fields

  • Restructuring of the Mapping screen in SaaSify WebApp based on different sections (E.g.: Customer Details, Opportunity Details, ACE Opportunity Status, etc.,) 

  • Updated relevant tooltips for ACE Co-sell fields under Mappings 

  • Enabled Pagination for filter query at the time of Co-sell creation 

Seller Account

Feature updates

  • Enabled ACE Leads API Capability under AWS Seller Account 

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP) 

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline. 

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)
