Audit Log

Feature updates

  • Logs all user actions by entity {Private offers (AWS, Azure & GCP), AWS CPPO & Subscriptions} 

  • Captures essential information: 

    • Timestamp 

    • Event Name and description 

    • Reference ID 

    • Affected resources or entities 

    • Notification type (Email, Slack and Teams) 

  • Ability to reprocess the failed logs (only for support admin) 

Offers

Feature updates

  • Added Seller Account column in Offers List View which displays Seller Account name and code

AWS CPPO

Feature Updates

  • Authorization Name field changes:  

    • Whitespaces will be allowed  

    • Modified the Note

    • Minimum limit of entering characters changed to “1”

  • Implemented banner message when Authorization is expired under details screen 

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue in details screen where Modify buttons were displayed under few fields when Authorization is expired or already purchased

GCP Private Offer / Amendment Offer

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the end date calculation of February month for Direct and Amendment private offer

AZURE Private Offer / MPO

Feature Updates

  • Moved Seller Account field from Offer Pricing to Offer Term section 

AWS Private Offers

Feature updates

  • Customer Email and Customer Company Name fields will be optional now while creating AWS Private offer / ABO 

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue from webapp if user cancels the Private offer from SFDC, Offer Id was showing blank in SFDC

Subscriptions

  • Fixed the typo of Free Trial under AWS Public Offer Subscriptions 

Email Notifications

Feature updates

  • Renamed Offer Prepared by label with Sales Manager in CPPO Purchase Order Emails and Sales Agent Email is shown in this field from CPPO Authorization creation

  • For AWS CPPO-FDA Purchase Order Emails, we are now capturing Agreement Accepted Date 

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed the issue under Azure Leads where “Go to Leads” link was not working from Email Notifications

  • Fixed the typo of Free Trial from AWS Public Offer Purchase Order Email  

  • Fixed the issue under CPPO Purchase Order Emails if user entered Customer Company Name while creating CP Authorization, Name was not showing under Company Name field in Email 

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)

  • CPPO- Customer Company Name entered while creating CP Authorization will not be shown under Company Name field in CPPO Purchase Order Emails
