Mappings
Feature Updates
Under Mapping type, renamed the “Mapping” with “Lookup”

Private Offers
Feature Updates
Changed the Refresh icon with Pull Down icon which is used to refresh/download the latest updates on Private offer details (AWS/AMP/GCP) from SaaSify
AWS Private Offer
Feature updates
Renamed the Note under Renewal field while creating New Private Offer / FDA
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue under Offer Preview screen for FDA based Offers, when user used to select the start date and end date. It was not calculating the Offer duration in Preview screen and was showing as blank
Fixed the issue under details screen, if Renewal was selected as “No” while creating the Private offer. Renewal type field should not be displayed under details screen
AWS CPPO
Feature updates
Implemented Reseller Notification Recipients field under AWS CPPO creation form. By adding Email in this field, an Email will be triggered to Channel Partners “Channel Partner Private Offer is ready to be created”
Changed the validation message for Buyer Account ID if Renewal is selected as “Yes”
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue where Note was missing under Maximum Allowed Service Start Date field
ACE Co-sell
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue where co-sell was getting saved even if we don’t provide any data in Mandatory fields
Fixed the issue for Customer Contact and Partner Sales Contact fields. If mapping is done for these fields and when user creates the New Co-sell, data was not showing until user expand the fields
GCP Private Offer
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue in Amendment Private offers where Offer Duration and Offer End Date were visible for Customer Acceptance with Custom Billing Frequency
Fixed the issue in Amendment Private offers where Extend and Cancel buttons were not visible

AWS CPPO
Feature updates
Implemented the capability to select Public EULA under End User License Agreement for the buyer
Implemented the capability to upload upto five files under Custom EULA for buyer and Custom Contract for Reseller Agreement
ACE Co-sell
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue under Co-sell List view where user was not able to search the ACE co-sell using APN CRM Unique Identifier from search bar
Fixed the issue for Action Required status Co-sells where DUNS Number and Delivery Model fields were showing as editable
Fixed the issue for the Co-sells created via Scheduler, under loggers Customer Company Name field was showing incorrect due to which co-sell records were getting failed to create
Fixed the issue under Customer Software Revenue field for SRRP Partners where decimal was not allowing in this field
Fixed the issue if we have any error for the co-sells that are in Launched stage, submit button was not visible to fix the error and re-submit the Co-sell
Fixed the issue for the Co-sells created through flow builder in Draft status, user should not be able to select the past dates under Target Close Date field if status is in Draft
Fixed the issue for the Draft co-sells which had errors, it was displaying Refresh button which was not valid.
Known Issues
If we create a Direct AWS Private offer in SF and purchase it and later create the Agreement based offer using the same product and Buyer Account ID used in previous Direct Private Offer and purchase it, subscription will not show the status as “Cancelled” in previously created direct private offer agreement details
Users cannot upload multiple documents for Public, Standard and Custom EULA from SFDC for AWS Private Offers
EULA files (AWS Private offer/ FDA) along with Public or Standard are merged into a single PDF by SaaSify Web API and the combined file is not available for download via SFDC. It is only available for SaaSify Web Interface
Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SaaSify Web Portal and SFDC
If we create Azure Private Offer from SaaSify Web Portal and SFDC, when user provides the email under ISV Notification Recipients field it will be sent under notification contacts in Azure and user will receive emails from Azure on private offer activity.
