    Below are the updates for Salesforce Package Version - 3.78

    Mappings

    Feature Updates

    • Introduced an option: Mapping Objects Suggestion under Custom Metadata Type. 

      • a. If we provide any other Object (E.g. Account / Quote) under Setting value, we will be able to see the fields related to other Objects (E.g. Account / Quote) under Value when we choose Lookup Mapping type.

    • Introduced ACE Opportunity Owner Email field under AWS Co-sell mappings screen while will allow user to update the ACE Owner Email while creation of Co-sell through Mappings. 

    AWS Private Offer/ Agreement based Offer

    Feature Updates

    • Implemented the capability to upload up to five files under Standard, Public and Custom EULA for New Private Offer / FDA. 

    • Implemented the capability to upload up to five files under Legal terms for current agreement, public offer legal terms, Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace and Custom Legal terms for Agreement based offer. 

    • Under Agreement based offer details screen, renamed the label of Agreement ID with Replaced Agreement ID 

    AWS CPPO

    Feature updates

    • Added help text under options of Renewal type and Previous agreement pricing model. 

    Resolved Issues

    • Fixed the issue where 'CPPO Published' status is not updating until after Offer Acceptance. 

    • Fixed the issue where SFDC CPPO status is not syncing with SaaSify. 

    ACE Co-sell

    Feature updates

    • Implemented Partner Acceptance Deadline field for ACE Originated Co-sells under Additional tab. 

    • Partner CRM Unique Identifier field is now editable for the Co-sells that are in Action Required status. 

    Resolved Issues

    • Resolved issue with Target Close Date when creating co-sells through Scheduler in Draft status. It allowed the user to change the close date to Past date. 

    • Fixed the issue for the Co-sells that are created through Scheduler in Draft status and when Auto Sync scheduler was running it was trying to pick the Draft records as well. 

    • Fixed the validations of field length for Parent Opportunity ID, Partner Project Title, Customer and Partner Title, Partner Contact First Name and Last name and Other Competitors. 

    • Fixed the issue where Co-sells got created multiple times which had same APN CRM unique identifier. 

    Azure Private Offer

    Feature updates

    • Implemented Withdraw functionality for Azure Private Offer and MPO. 

      • a. If user withdraws the Private offer, status will be changed to Draft, and they can republish the Private offer after making some changes from SFDC.

    Feature Updates

    • Introduced Co-sell Owner field under Microsoft Co-sell Mappings screen.

    • Introduced Solution Area, Solution Play and Partner Role fields under Microsoft Co-sell Mappings screen.

    • Support to show reference data for Static Mapping type in ACE Co-sell (Applicable to the fields that have picklist values).

    GCP Private Offers

    Resolved Issues

    • Fixed the issue where user was unable to extend the Private offer for expired offers (Which crossed the Offer acceptance deadline date)

    • Fixed the issues related to Extend for CUD 3 Pricing Model

    AWS Private Offer/ FDA/ ABO

    Feature Updates

    • EULA files (AWS Private offer/ FDA/ ABO) along with Public / Standard / Legal terms for current agreement/ Custom are merged into a single PDF by  SaaSify Web API and the combined file is available as hyperlink after user Publish the offer to Webapp.

    • When user selects Standard / Public EULA while creating the PO / FDA and publish the offer to Webapp. It will be shown as hyperlink under details screen and user can preview the selected EULA.

    • When user selects Standard / Public / Legal terms for current agreement EULA while creating the ABO and publish the offer to Webapp. It will be shown as hyperlink under details screen and user can preview the selected EULA.

    AWS CPPO

    Feature Updates

    • EULA files (CPPO) for Custom Contract and Custom EULA are merged into a single PDF by SaaSify Web API and the combined file is available as hyperlink after user Publish the CPPO to Webapp. 

    • When user selects Standard / Public/ RCMP EULA while creating the CPPO and publish the CPPO to Webapp. It will be shown as hyperlink under details screen and user can preview the selected EULA. 

    • Support for CPPO Agreement details to SFDC.

      To view the hyperlink of selected EULA from details screen for AWS PO & AWS CPPO, follow the steps mentioned below:

    To view the hyperlink of selected EULA, follow the below steps:

    • Click on Gear icon from top right and select Setup 

    • Under Quick Find, search for Custom Metadata Types and click on it

    • In SaaSify Setting, click on Manage Records 

    • Provide the Setting Value based on your SaaSify webapp environment configured in SFDC:

            a. For Production: https://api.saasify.ai

            b. For Portal: https://api-portal.saasify.ai

    ACE Co-sell

    Feature Updates

    • Introduced Cloud Provider Created Date and Cloud Provider Last Modified Date fields under details screen. 

    • Support to pull the latest date from hyperscaler under Cloud Provider Created Date field. 

    Microsoft Co-sell

    Feature Updates

    • Introduced new Deal type: Services Co-sell and IP Co-sell. 

    • Introduced the new fields: Solution Area, CRM ID, Solution Play and Partner Role.

    • Renamed Notes with Partner Notes/ Customer Need. 

    • Under Co-sell summary, we are now showing linked Object Name under Opportunity. 

    Known Issues

    • EULA files (AWS Private offer/ FDA) along with Public / Standard / Custom are merged into a single PDF by SaaSify Web API and the combined file is not available for download via SFDC. It is only available for SaaSify Web Interface.

    • The combined EULA files (CPPO) for Custom Contract and Custom EULA are not available for download via SFDC. It is only available for SaaSify Web Interface.

    • Resale Authentication ID / Opportunity ID is not visible currently in CPPO details screen once we publish the CPPO Opportunity in SFDC.

    • Push to CRM is not supported currently for Reseller Private Offer (CPPO).

    • Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in  SaaSify Web Portal and SFDC.

    • FDA Agreement detail is not presented in SFDC.

    • CPPO Deactivation resulting in multiple updates in SFDC.

    • CPPO Agreement details to SFDC.
