These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify Salesforce package.

Below are the updates for Salesforce Package Version - 3.84

AWS Private Offer/ FDA/ ABO

Feature Updates

• Added a section of Purchasing Options  

                 a. Renamed Buyer can choose one or more options offered with Multiple dimensions per contract

                 b. Renamed Buyer can choose One tier to multiple tier offered with Single dimension per contract

• Support for retaining Usage dimensions pricing from Public offer for AWS PO/FDA

• Addition of API Name under Usage dimensions for PO/ FDA/ ABO 

• Support to show previous payment schedules under separate section called Payment Schedule of Replaced Agreement for ABO 

                a. Renamed Agreement ID with Replaced Agreement ID

                b. Added read-only field for Previous Private Offer ID

                c. Added a column of Remarks which will indicate that if payment date is in future,it will show as "Will be cancelled"

• Enhanced the Stage Ribbon of Private Offers 

                a. If Private offer is in Current Stage, then it will be in Blue colour 

                b. If Private offer stage is completed, then it will be in Green colour 

                c. If Private offer is in Expired/Cancelled stage, then it will be in Red colour

Resolved Issues

• Fixed the issue under Usage dimensions where Dimension name was showing under description and API name was showing under Dimension Name  

• Fixed the issue under ABO, where payment schedule date of Previous Agreement was showing one day prior. 

AWS CPPO

Feature Updates

• Support for Refresh functionality for CPPO 

• Support for retaining Usage dimensions pricing from Public offer  

• Added Authorization ID field under CPPO details screen 

• Enhanced the Stage Ribbon for CPPO 

                 a. If CPPO is in Current Stage, then it will be in Blue colour 

                 b. If CPPO stage is completed, then it will be in Green colour 

                 c. If CPPO is in Authorization Closed stage, then it will be in Red colour

• For Individual Pricing discount type, disabled specific time duration & no set time duration if renewal is selected as Yes

Resolved Issues

• Fixed the issue for usage dimensions where Dimension name was showing under Description

• Fixed the issue for usage dimensions where API Name was displaying under Usage dimension name

• Fixed the issue under EULA if user changes the EULA type and edit, it was not getting refreshed

• Fixed the issue where CPPO Deactivation was resulting in multiple updates in SFDC

GCP Private Offer

Feature updates

• GCP PO/ Amend- Added Proration dropdown which will appear only when Monthly billing frequency is selected 

• Amend - Implemented New Offer start type as On Existing Offer's End 

• Amend- Implemented toggle to change Offer duration in Customer Acceptance/ On Offer Approval 

• Support of multiple document upload for GCP PO & Amend 

• Under Private offer summary, we are now showing linked Object Name under Opportunity. 

                   a. Users can enter the opportunity name under Reference and link the opportunity

• Fixed the issue where GCP features were not visible properly 

• Fixed the issue where incorrect values were showing for GCP Features in SFDC

Feature updates

• Support to show the outdated fields under Loggers for Scheduler 

Known Issues

• Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in  SaaSify Web Portal and SFDC. 

• FDA Agreement detail is not presented in SFDC.

• ABO - It should retain usage dimension price of previous PO but currently its showing Public Usage dimensions pricing in SFDC.
