• Implemented the capability to Clone the Private offer / ABO 

AWS CPPO

Feature Updates

• Disabled the functionality of auto populating the Product dimensions. Users can now select the Product dimensions from drop-down and add the desired dimension

• Implemented the capability to Clone CP Authorization

• Text and Label changes in Creation, Preview and details screen 

• Removed the functionality of Add button for Reseller field

Resolved Issues

• Fixed the issue where user was not able to add period (.) under Opportunity Description 

GCP Private Offer

Feature updates

• Implemented the capability to Clone the GCP Private offer / Amendment Private offer 

• When user cancels the Private offer / Amendment offer, now we are showing the status as “Cancelled” 

• Changed the validation message when user extends the Private offer 

Resolved Issues

• Fixed the issue in Amendment Private offer when offer duration toggle is turned off, instalment schedules were not being displayed 

• Fixed the issue where if CUD 3 pricing model was selected and user extends the Private offer 

• Fixed the issue when change offer duration toggle was kept off, amendment end date field was not being displayed 

• Fixed the issue when Offer Start was selected as On existing's offers end, amendment end date field was not being displayed. 

AMP Private Offer

Feature updates

• Implemented the capability to Clone the Private offer / MPO 

ACE Co-sell

Feature updates

• Introduced Save and Submit button for Co-sell which will directly publish the co-sell in ACE and renamed Save button with Save as Draft 

• Enhanced the experience of adding Next steps 

  • a. It can be added at the time of creating and submitting the Co-sell

  • b. Users can edit the Co-sell when the status is Pending Submission, Submitted, Approved

  • c. Users can edit the Co-sell when the stage is Prospect, Qualified, Technical Validation, Business Validation, Committed

• Made the Postal Code field mandatory if Industry = Government, Country = United States, and NatSec = No while creating the Co-sell 

• Scheduler: Support for multiple fields with AND condition under Filter 

• Users can now Associate/Replace/Remove Marketplace Private offers after the stage is Launched 

ACE Leads

• Enabled ACE leads feature in SFDC 

Microsoft Co-sell

Feature updates

• Introduced Save and Submit button for Co-sell which will directly publish the co-sell in Microsoft Partner Center and renamed Save button with Save as Draft 

• Restructured the layout of MS Co-sell once its Submitted

Mappings

Feature Updates

• Introduced Customer Company Name field under AWS CPPO module.

• Introduced Customer Renewal field under Microsoft Private Offer module.

Private Offers (Commom for all cloud providers)

Resolved Issues

• Fixed the issue if user provides the value under Sales Agent Email under Mappings and try to create the Private offer, the same value used to show up under ISV Notification Recipients in Private offer. 

AWS CPPO

Feature Updates

• Introduced Customer Company Name field while creating the Authorization.

Resolved Issues

• Fixed the issue for FPS Discount type, where user was not able to enter the same date under Opportunity End Date and First Invoice Date of payment schedule.

Azure Private Offer

Feature Updates

• Implemented the functionality of Customer Renewals in Private offer / MPO which indicates whether customer will renew the Private offer or not.

Known Issues

• Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in  SaaSify Web Portal and SFDC

• ABO - It should retain usage dimension price of previous PO but currently its showing Public Usage dimensions pricing in SFDC. 

• SFDC- While creating a new GCP PO / Amend offer, if user enables Auto Renew and check the total contract value. Total contract value will be shown more than the expected contract value in SF.

• SFDC- While amending a GCP private offer, installments will not be shown correctly in case of renewals.

• CPPO- Customer Company Name entered while creating CP Authorization will not be shown under Company Name field in CPPO Purchase Order Emails.
