Web Portal V2 (SaaSify) :

Azure direct PO / MPO

Feature Updates

  • Custom Contract Term Lengths & SaaS Subscription Renewals - We've expanded Azure private offer flexibility with two new capabilities that give you more control over contract structure and subscription renewal paths.

    • Enter terms in months (1–120) or years (1–10) - whichever fits your offer

    • Support non-standard durations like 18 or 45 months for specialized agreements

    • Works across SaaS and Professional Services products

    • Available for: SaaS and Professional Services (New Plan type only)

    • Note: Flexible billing remains capped at 70 installments

  • SaaS Subscription Renewal Behavior - Control exactly where subscriptions renew at contract end. Choose whether customers renew into your private offer terms or fall back to your public listing all configured during offer creation.

    • Define renewal paths for every private offer

    • Renew into the private offer at custom negotiated terms

    • Renew into the public offer at standard listing terms

    • Configure in the new Renewals section during offer creation (right after Billing Frequency)

    • Available for: SaaS products (New Plan type only)

    • Note: Renewal options available depend on your selected billing frequency

AWS Public Offer

Feature Updates

  • SaaSify now automatically tracks Auto Renewal status for AWS public offer subscriptions and handles renewals end-to-end.

    • Status sync: Auto Renewal changes made by the customer in AWS Marketplace reflect in SaaSify automatically within minutes

    • Automatic renewal handling: On auto-renewal, the previous subscription moves to Renewed and the new subscription is created with status Active under the same product

    • Renewal linkage: New fields (Created Via, Renewed From, Renewed To) plus a Renewal History strip let you trace the full renewal chain in one click

    • Note: This change is applicable to Public offers only; auto-renewal is customer-controlled in AWS Marketplace

GCP Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • View Pricing Details in Subscription Transactions - Track pricing transparency across every usage transaction. See list price, discounted price, and estimated customer cost for every metered transaction, all without leaving the app

  • Full Pricing Visibility at a Glance - The Transactions tab now displays three pricing columns so you can see exactly what you're charging and how discounts apply:

    • List Price - Standard meter price from your GCP public listing

    • Discounted Price - Custom discount rate applied from your private offer on each meter

    • Cost to Customer - Estimated daily charge aggregated by meter

    • Daily usage rows showing aggregated transaction quantities and pricing for the entire day

    • Available for: GCP private offers (Transactions view in SaaSify WebApp)

  • Tips for Using Pricing Details

    • Click View tiers on any price column to see full tier breakdowns in the offer details

    • Hover the Cost to Customer info icon for the calculation formula

    • Note: Cost to Customer is an estimate and may vary from official GCP usage reports

AWS Private Offers / ISV Authorizations

Feature Updates

  • Pull and Manage SaaS Subscription Private Offers & authorizations - Sync your AWS SaaS subscription private offers and authorizations into SaaSify automatically or on demand. Manage all offer details in one place and push to your CRM alongside other offer types.

    • Automatic import during onboarding - Your private offers, agreements, and authorizations sync into SaaSify automatically when you import them through Setup your account

    • Manual refresh anytime - Use the Pull button to refresh offer data on demand without re-onboarding

    • Complete offer details - All relevant fields display in the private offer details screen

    • Link purchased offers to subscriptions  Map private offers you've purchased in AWS to their corresponding subscriptions during onboarding

    • CRM sync - Push these private offers to your CRM alongside all other offer types

    • Available for: SaaS subscription-based private offers & authorizations

  • What to Know

    • When pulling authorizations, the related channel partner offer and its agreement are not imported

    • Complete synced data appears immediately in your offer details screen

Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Cloud Sales Representative role. GCP partner teams log into the same WebApp as internal users, so a role was needed that guarantees they never see another cloud provider's data. This adds a Cloud Sales Representative role scoped directly to a cloud provider (GCP in this release, for PANW): list, detail, search, reports and exports are all filtered server-side, direct record IDs and deep links to other providers return not-found, and access is deny-by-default — a user with the role but no valid provider scope sees nothing rather than everything. Partner users can contribute by editing Notes, Next Steps and the new Estimated Partner TCV field; every other field is read-only. Internal roles and visibility are unchanged.

  • MACC eligibility status in Microsoft customer search. Customers with a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment matter disproportionately, because marketplace purchases draw down committed spend — which is why Microsoft sellers priorities those deals. MACC status now appears in the Managed / Unmanaged customer search results, so sellers know at account-selection time whether a deal can be positioned against committed spend, instead of finding out later.

  • ACE Co-sell email notifications. We introduced the first phase of notification events with email templates across the AWS co-sell lifecycle: status changes (Action Required, Rejected, Closed Won/Lost), next-step updates, auto-sync and writeback execution, and bulk operation results with a link to job results. Recipients are configurable per event, including on default-enabled events.

  • Multiple seller accounts per marketplace and country. SaaSify previously assumed one seller account per marketplace/country combination, which blocked ISVs that sell through more than one entity in the same country. Both accounts can now be configured and used.

  • AWS Hyperscaler Contacts: custom contact behaviour and role labels. Reviews and corrects how custom contacts render and which role labels display, so contacts coming from AWS are clearly distinguishable from partner-side contacts on the co-sell record.

  • Location defaults to "Entire organization". When a customer hasn't configured CRM mapping for Location in AWS Co-sell, the field came through empty and blocked submission. It now defaults to "Entire organization" so co-sells can be submitted without mapping work first.

  • Unicode support in Opportunity Name. Customer and opportunity names containing non-ASCII characters displayed as garbled text in the co-sell list. They now render correctly, which matters for customers selling into EMEA and APAC.

  • Microsoft Co-sell Partner Center alignment. Three places where SaaSify's behaviour diverged from Partner Center and caused either failed submissions or confusion: Team Members now support Add and Delete only (Partner Center doesn't allow in-place edit), Solutions can be added and removed when editing a submitted co-sell as Partner Center permits, and the Notes field is now editable for IP and Service deal types instead of read-only.

Power BI / Reporting

Feature Updates

  • Updated SaaSify’s AWS Marketplace integration to support AWS’s deprecation of the encrypted_account_id field by transitioning reporting, data processing, ETL pipelines, and business workflows to use the appropriate AWS account identifier. The enhancement ensures uninterrupted subscription processing, agreement mapping, analytics reporting, and AWS Marketplace data synchronization while maintaining compatibility with AWS data feed changes. Additional updates removed legacy encrypted account identifiers from user-facing areas and validated end-to-end functionality through regression testing.

  • Improved the performance of the Subscription Details page by optimizing backend data retrieval and processing for subscription and private offer information. The enhancement reduces page load times, particularly for AWS subscriptions, resulting in a faster and more responsive user experience when viewing subscription details. The work included analysis, optimization, validation, and deployment of underlying database procedures supporting subscription and private offer detail retrieval.

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO - Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)

  • Subscription is not created for AWS and Azure professional services private offer after purchase in Webapp
