These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify web portal.

Web Portal V2 (SaaSify) :

General Enhancement

Feature Updates

  • Enhanced the Private Offers list with a new Offer Type filter, enabling users to quickly locate specific offer categories such as New Private Offers, Agreement-Based/Replacement Offers, Future-Dated Offers, and GCP Amendment Offers. The filter dynamically adjusts available options based on the selected cloud provider and includes improved filter labeling and usability, making private offer discovery and management more efficient.

Azure Public offers

Feature Updates

  • Auto Activation: A new toggle in SaaSify webapp that lets ISVs control when a customer's SaaS subscription and billing start.

  • Applies to: SaaS products only

  • When Enabled:

    • Subscription activates immediately after the customer purchases in Azure Marketplace (public offer)

    • Billing starts right away

    • Customers do not need to configure their account

    • Configured at Plan level

  • When Disabled:

    • Customers must configure their account after purchase

    • ISV must activate the subscription within 30 days

Market pricing visibility in plan configuration

Feature Updates

  • Applies to: SaaS products only

  • ISVs can now view the markets selected in Partner Center directly within the plan configuration screen.

  • Market Pricing table shows Country Code, Country Name, Tax Remit status, and Currency Code for each market the offer is configured to sell in.

  • This is visibility only, foreign exchange pricing itself is not shown here, just which markets are enabled.

  • This data is imported automatically during ISV onboarding or auto-download of SaaS offers, no manual entry needed.

  • Removes the need to cross-check market/currency/tax remit mapping outside SaaSify.

  • Why this helps: ISV can confirm market coverage and tax remit status for a plan without switching to Partner Center, reducing setup errors and back-and-forth during plan review.

AWS Private offers

Feature Updates

  • Added a new menu item, Offer Sets, right after Private Offers - A way to bundle multiple private offers into a single deal your buyer accepts in one click, instead of accepting each offer separately.

  • Applies to: New Private offer (All product types)

    • Bundle 2 to 7 private offers, your own products, into one set

    • Each offer keeps its own price, term, and agreement, only the acceptance step is combined

    • Faster close on multi-product deals, no risk of a buyer accepting some offers and not others

    • Email notifications supported for ISV and Customer when Offer set is published

    • Ability to link Draft offers sets when an Individual private offer is created from Private offers menu

    • Ability to remove individual private offers from an Offer set

    • Ability to purchase the offer set

  • Offer Set Status

    • Draft: At this status, ISV receives Offer Set ID and Offer set gets created in Draft in AWS

    • Active: Published and live on AWS Marketplace, ready for buyer acceptance

    • Expired: Past its validity period, no longer available to buyers

Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Introduced the first phase of the co-sell audit log changes, with readable change headlines, filters, and data-quality improvements, making it easier for partners to see what changed on a co-sell and when.

AWS Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • For the ACE Co-sell owner section. We now have a consistent field order across all CRM

  • "ACE Co-sell Owner" section renamed to “Opportunity Owner Details”, with updated field labels

  • Partners can now send an invitation with the Sender Details section left completely blank. If a partner starts start filling in sender information (First Name, Last Name, Business Title, or Phone Number), Email becomes a required field.

  • When a partner accepts an AWS co-sell referral (status → Accepted), SaaSify can now automatically email the AWS contacts on the opportunity, cc'ing the partner AM, to kick off collaboration and get an intro call on the calendar. The email goes to all AWS contacts on the opportunity with the partner AM cc'd with reply-to set to the partner AM so replies thread back to the AE, and includes the key opportunity details plus a calendar link to book the intro call. This notification is configurable by role under Settings → Email Notifications

  • Enhancement to notification email templates — CTA buttons in SaaSify emails now render as fully styled buttons in both Outlook Classic and New Outlook, fixing an issue where New Outlook showed them as plain hyperlink text.

  • Solutions Offered IDs now use AWS/APN's new soln- prefix format, replacing the older S-00XXXXX format for parity with AWS.

Azure Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Added support for Microsoft Co-Sell Console for testing and validating Azure Co-Sell flows, enabling partners to validate their use cases ahead of production readiness.

  • Updated logic for contact details— Microsoft updated the contact-detail validation logic for AMP co-sells, which stopped submissions that used personal-domain contacts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo). We've updated the co-sell template to meet Microsoft's new requirements, so co-sells can again be created successfully from the Console App. This fix ships with a new Console build carrying the updated values.

  • Co-sell Details view now surfaces MACC eligibility at Customer and Deal level, aligned with Partner Center. -Microsoft updated the contact-detail validation logic for AMP co-sells, which stopped submissions that used personal-domain contacts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) from going through. We've updated the contact details in the co-sell template to meet Microsoft's new requirements, so you can once again create co-sells successfully from the Console App. This fix ships with a new Console build carrying the updated values.

  • Support for Solution Play Reference data with version-related changes (Solution Play) - Solution Play reference data is now version-aware, so co-sells created with earlier Solution Play values remain valid and continue to display correctly after Microsoft's reference data updates.

GCP Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • New Deal Qualification fields added in Mapping - Quantity, Budget, Timeline, Authority, Operation Type, and Need under Deal Qualification Info for GCP CRM mapping, with auto-mapping set to No Default for these fields.

  • Partners can now personalize the Co-Sell List View by choosing which columns to display, adding the ones you need and removing those you don't, so the view fits your workflow.

  • Building customizable columns in the Co-Sell List View (Task 100427), partners can now save their column configuration for later use, so their personalized view persists across sessions instead of being set up each time.

  • Partner’s saved column selections are now retained when navigating between screens, across sessions, and after logging out and back in.

  • Partners can restore the default column layout in one click.

  • Each co-sell row now shows an icon indicating which CRM it originated from, so partners can identify the source at a glance.

  • Partners can open co-sell details in a new browser tab; the actions menu was simplified to retain only "View Details in New Tab", reducing clutter.

  • CSV exports now include all co-sell records matching the applied filters — both Accepted and Needs Review referrals (previously only Accepted were exported) — and dynamically reflect the columns partners have selected in the list view, so any added columns and their data are included in the download.

  • The CSP Co-Sell Referral ID now displays as just the ID on the Lead page, with the "opportunities/" prefix removed, for outbound co-sells

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO - Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)

  • Audit log: a broader audit log overhaul. Phase 2 is planned to add field-level change details, linked email communications with delivery status, a milestone timeline view, filtering by event type and actor, and CSV export.

  • Audit log: A small number of duplicate-event edge cases (for example, on co-sell opportunities created from HubSpot) have been identified since release and are being tracked for a follow-up fix.

  • Subscription is not created for AWS and Azure professional services private offer after purchase in Webapp
