These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify web portal.

Web Portal V2 (SaaSify) :

AWS Private Offers / FDA / ABO

Feature Updates

  • SaaSify now supports contract durations of up to 12 years (144 months) for AWS Marketplace private offers, agreement-based offers, and authorizations up from the previous 5-year limit. This enables ISVs to accommodate enterprise customers with long-term procurement cycles and multi-year licensing agreements.

    • Private Offers: Create offers with contract end dates up to 12 years from the start date (max 4,380 days / 625 weeks / 144 months / 12 years)

    • Payment Schedules: Installment limit increased from 60 to 86 across private offers, ABOs, and CPPO authorizations

    • Agreement-Based Offers: Service end dates can extend up to 12 years from today, even when the prior PO was ≤ 5 years.

AWS Resale Authorizations

Feature Updates

  • SaaSify now supports creating AWS Marketplace resale authorizations (CPPO) for AMI products listed with Hourly and Hourly with Annual pricing. Authorizations are created from the SaaSify WebApp using the Contract pricing with upfront payments model, enabling ISVs like those with committed-term AMI listings to authorize channel partners for fixed-price resale.

    • New Reseller channel type for AMI: When creating a private offer (Cloud provider = AWS, Product type = Amazon Machine Image), you can now select Reseller as the channel type with program type CPPO.

    • Authorization creation for Hourly / Hourly with Annual AMI products with pricing model Contract pricing with upfront payments - define contract duration (custom duration supported), currency, authorization availability, EULA, and contract pricing per instance type, with optional additional usage price/hr and a pricing tool for discount-based calculation.

    • Enhanced Review & Submit: Now displays Product type, Product ID, authorization end date/expiration, and currency before submission

    • Authorization Details screen updates: Reorganized layout with Authorization ID under Authorization Details, new Resale Details section (private offer ID, agreement ID, subscription, agreement dates), expanded Reseller Details (renewal type, previous agreement pricing model), and Offer Pricing split into wholesale price and additional usage costs per dimension.

    • Lifecycle actions: Pull from Marketplace, Deactivate, and Clone are supported for this authorization type.

  • Authorizations: ISVs can create selling authorizations with contract terms up to 12 years, setting the maximum allowable duration for their Channel Partners.

  • Reseller selection improvements in AWS Authorization creation

    • Users can now manually enter the Reseller's AWS account ID if no dropdown suggestions appear, instead of being blocked from proceeding.

    • Reseller ID is now displayed alongside the reseller name on selection and on the offer details screen.

    • A clearer error message now guides users to manual entry when no matching resellers are found.

AWS Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Ability to refine hyperscaler contact syncing with CRM objects. AWS Contact synchronization can now be scoped based on role, giving partners precise control over which hyperscaler contacts are associated with their CRM contact and deal records.

  • Automatic synchronization of co-sell opportunities between AWS Partner Central and SaaSify can now be turned off in either direction, giving partners full control over which opportunities flow into your CRM and which are shared with AWS.

  • Co-sell opportunities can now be found through global search, with opportunity names surfaced directly in search results for faster navigation.

  • Support for filtering on individual columns in the co-sell list view, making it easier to narrow down opportunities across large lists.

  • Partners will now be able to exercise Close as Error action from within the CRM.

Microsoft Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Partners can now search Microsoft's customer database and select from both Microsoft Managed and Unmanaged accounts during co-sell creation. Deals can be submitted regardless of the customer's management status in Partner Center, with results matching Partner Center's lookup results.

  • A tooltip-based notification now indicates deal eligibility, giving sellers upfront visibility into whether a deal qualifies before submission.

  • Support for cloning an opportunity via the Clone option under Actions (WebApp / All CRMs).

  • Support to capture estimated Azure Consumed Revenue on Private and IP co-sell deal types at submission, giving Microsoft sellers the consumption forecast they need to engage with your deal faster.

  • The “Hero Program” field is now enabled for applicable “Solution Play” values, aligned with Partner Center.

  • Clone co-sell opportunities: Partners can duplicate an existing co-sell opportunity in one click from the Actions menu.

Power BI / Reporting

Feature Updates

  • Enhanced the Private Offer Usage Report to provide deeper visibility and improved reporting accuracy. Updates include source-specific offer creation tracking, internal vs. external tenant segmentation, primary CSS owner mapping, tenant-level drill-down capabilities, last user login insights, and visual indicators highlighting tenants with higher external/cloud-provider-generated offer activity. These improvements help teams better analyse offer adoption, tenant engagement, and reporting trends.

  • Configuration Validated AMP tenant capability configurations and updated reporting data to improve accuracy and visibility. The enhancement includes identification of missing capabilities, validation of payout consent availability, and documentation of tenant-specific data loading errors, helping streamline tenant configuration analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Enhanced marketplace analytics reliability through ongoing validation of daily AWS and weekly AMP data loads. The update included identification and tracking of tenant-specific configuration, authentication, payout, private offer, and insights-related issues, helping improve data quality, monitoring, and reporting accuracy across marketplace integrations.
