Q: How to resolve GCP PO and RPOP offers failing due to a "feature mismatch" error?
When adding a GCP product in SaaSify please ensure that the URL segment is included at the offer level in SaaSify.
We've observed that PO/RPOP creation is failing with a "feature mismatch" error. However, upon investigation via the automation tool, the actual issue stems from a mismatch between the Offer name configured in SaaSify and the actual Offer name. This discrepancy is causing the system to fail during offer creation.
To resolve this, Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue by updating the URL segment in the SaaSify Web App:
Log in to the GCP Producer Portal
Open the GCP listing
From the left panel, go to the Product Details section
Navigate to the Product Metadata tab — you will find the URL segment there
Update the same URL segment in the SaaSify Web App at the offer level under the Providers section
Save the changes
This issue has been consistently occurring with newly added products in SaaSify and when enabling RPOP for existing offers.
Action Required:
Going forward, please make it a standard practice to include the URL segment at the offer level for all offers in SaaSify
