Q: How to disable object scanning in Salesforce by SaaSify mapping screen?
To disable object scanning in Salesforce by SaaSify mapping screen, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings by clicking the gear icon at the top right corner of the Salesforce interface and select Setup from the dropdown menu.
Under Custom metadata types - SaaSify Settings, edit the mapping field suggestion. Set the setting value to NO.
By doing this, the options will no longer be populated by default, and you can manually enter the object and property into the mapping screen.
Q: How to add Spektra support to your SF instance?
To grant Spektra support access to your Salesforce instance, follow these steps:
Log in to Salesforce account using your credentials.
Navigate to Settings Click on the gear icon located at the top right corner of the Salesforce interface to access the Settings menu.
In the Settings menu, choose the My Personal Information option. This will open a new page with your personal details.
Locate the section titled Grant account login access on the My Personal Information page.
Provide Spektra Support Credentials Enter the necessary credentials for Spektra support to access your account. This information should be provided by Spektra.
Once you have entered the required credentials, click the Save button to apply the changes.
Q: Can we connect both ISV production & UAT SFDC environment to SaaSify UAT at the same time?
No. One SaaSify instance can only be connected with one Salesforce instance at a time.
