AWS Offer Sets
Feature
ISVs can now create and manage AWS Marketplace Offer Sets directly in Salesforce. An Offer Set bundles 2 to 7 private offers (SaaS, AMI and Professional Services) into a single package that the buyer reviews and accepts in one step using one shareable Offer Set URL.
Phase 1 (August 2026)
Create Offer Set: One-page form with Seller Account, Name, Customer Note, Sales Agent details and notification recipients.
Linking of draft offer sets from individual private offers
Linking of Existing Individual Private offers sets from Offer sets
Pre-Publish Validation: Checklist confirms 2 to 7 offers, same expiration date, currency, buyer account and region availability, and no duplicate products. Publish is enabled only when all checks pass.
Preview and Publish: Review the full bundle before publishing to AWS. A single Offer Set URL is generated and emailed to the Sales Agent, ISV and Customer recipients. Individual private offers do not get their own URLs.
Offer Sets Tab and Details View: View all Offer Sets with status (Draft, Active, Expired), copy the Offer Set URL, and add, view or remove private offers while in Draft.
Bundled Private Offer Status: Private offers move through Created in SaaSify, Published to Marketplace, Details shared with Customer, Purchased from Marketplace and Expired together with their parent Offer Set.
Phase 2 (September 2026)
Create Offer Set Updates: New button renamed to Create Offer Set. ISV and Customer notification recipients are now mandatory and inherited by bundled private offers.
Go to Object Manager → Offer Set → Buttons, Links, and Actions
Confirm Create Offer Set is listed.Go to Object Manager → Offer Set → Search Layouts → click the dropdown next to "List View" → Edit
Under "Custom Buttons", check that Create Offer Set is in the Selected Buttons list.
Under "Standard Buttons", uncheck/remove New if it's still checked.
Save.Refresh the Offer Set list view (hard refresh / clear cache if it was open in a tab)
Confirm the header now shows "Create Offer Set" instead of "New".Add Private Offers: Create private offers from within a Draft Offer Set. Offer Set ID and Name are shown on each private offer. Duplicate products are not allowed.
Activity Breadcrumb: Tracks the full lifecycle from Draft to Purchased from Marketplace, including Awaiting Update during publish and expiration changes.
Modify Expiration Date: Update the expiration date of a published Offer Set that has not been purchased.
Push to CRM: Active Offer Sets can be pushed to CRM.
Unlink: Unlink private offers from offer set when they are in Draft status.
Offer Set ID in Agreements and Subscriptions: Trace purchases back to their parent Offer Set.

Private offers (all cloud providers)
Enhancement
Widget: Private Offer Alert Triggers
SaaSify SFDC widget now alerts ISVs when a private offer fails to publish (High), is expiring within 7 days (High), expires without a purchase (Medium), Publish failure alerts clear automatically once the offer is republished successfully.
Product Type and Origin in Offer Summary (SFDC)
The Offer Summary in Salesforce now shows the Product Type (SaaS, AMI, or Professional Services) and Origin of each private offer, indicating whether it was created in the CRM (SFDC), on the Marketplace (AWS / AMP / GCP), or in the SaaSify WebApp. This applies to all direct and reseller private offers.
Creating dashboard for partner funding / Salesforce
Steps to enable Reporting:
To enable Reports in SFDC before upgrading the package, follow these steps:
Go to Setup.
Select Object Manager.
Search for Partner Funding/Funding in the Quick Find box.
Click on Edit.
Enable the Allow Report by checking the checkbox.
Then, proceed to upgrade the package.
Salesforce: funding wizard and offer sets: Creating or editing a funding request in Salesforce now uses a step-by-step wizard instead of one long form.
Steps: a side list shows progress, and steps and fields adjust to the Program, Sub-Category and Type of Funding selected.
Checks: errors are flagged on each step as users go, and only valid dates can be picked.
Unsaved changes: users get a warning before losing them.
Editing: a complete request can be saved without stepping through every page again.
Cash claims and files: cash claims are entered one at a time and shown as cards. Uploaded files appear as cards that can be previewed or removed.
Preview: shows the whole request before submitting.
Header: shows the right logo for AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud.
The SaaSify widget’s Funding button and the New Funding and Edit buttons on the record page, open the same wizard. Business rules, saved data and the API are unchanged. Fixed an issue where an offer set showed a different expiration date from its linked private offer, which stopped other private offers from being linked. The offer set now takes the expiration date of its linked private offer. Draft private offers created on their own can now be unlinked from an offer set.

Mappings
Introduced Net Payment Terms field in AWS Private offer module
AWS Private offers / Agreement based offers
Feature
Flexible Net Payment Terms
Why It Matters
Enterprise buyers often need 60, 90, or even 120 days to pay, and deals can stall when offers only support AWS’s standard terms. Now you can set the right payment terms directly in SaaSify, so payment timing never gets in the way of closing.
What’s New
Choose a payment term on private offers: Select AWS default or Net 15 to Net 120 when creating an offer. The term applies to all charges in the offer, including upfront, recurring, and usage.
See terms in one place: The payment term shows on the offer and on the agreement once the buyer accepts.
Known Issues
When an AWS Private Offer or ABO is manually cancelled, users can no longer change its Expiration Date or make it active again
Before creating a GCP private offer or RPOP, ensure the Channel Type is set to 'Direct' in the GCP Private Offer mapping module and 'Reseller' in the GCP RPOP mapping module else it will not let user to create a private offer or RPOP
GCP Private offer: Validation is missing for invalid email addresses entered in the Sales Agent Primary Contact field
GCP SaaS Amend offer: For the "existing end date" option, the amendment end date initially appears two days earlier than expected. However, modifying other fields such as offer duration resets the end date to the correct value.
Custom frequency is not supported while creating Private offer / CPPO in Buyer Instalment Plan
Number of Instalments, Outstanding Amount and Total amount in plan fields are not supported under Buyer Instalment plan while creating Private offer
