AWS Private Offer / FDA / ABO / Channel Private Offer / CPPO

  • Private offers now support multiple currencies - USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, and JPY. This allows you to receive offers in your preferred currency, ensuring predictable invoicing without foreign exchange fluctuations. ISVs can also create private offers / authorization in any of the supported currencies.

    • Supported currencies:

      • US dollar | USD ($)

      • Australian dollar | AUD (A$)

      • British dollar | GBP (£)

      • Euro | EUR (€)

      • Japanese yen | JPY (¥)

  • ISVs can now generate buyer installment plan for CPPO Authorization

  • Separated payment schedules into two sections

    • Payment Installment Generator: Will give user capability to generate installments automatically

ACE Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Added conditional logic across SFDC to make SaaS Documentation mandatory for ISV Accelerate partners with SaaS/PaaS delivery models, and optional otherwise.

    Note:
SRRP has been deprecated and replaced by the ISV Accelerate partner type. SRRP documentation fields are now optional and are only visible to Software and ISV Accelerate partners; they are not visible to Consulting partners.

If you are going to use this salesforce package and are an ISV Accelerate partner, please ensure and verify that ISV Accelerate is correctly tagged in your metadata to avoid any breakage in launched workflows.

Known Issues

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller Name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SFDC.

  • SFDC- Before creating a GCP private offer or RPOP, ensure the Channel Type is set to 'Direct' in the GCP Private Offer mapping module and 'Reseller' in the GCP RPOP mapping module else it will not let user to create a private offer or rpop

  • SFDC- GCP Private offer: Validation is missing for invalid email addresses entered in the Sales Agent Primary Contact field

  • SFDC- GCP SaaS Amend offer: For the "existing end date" option, the amendment end date initially appears two days earlier than expected. However, modifying other fields such as offer duration resets the end date to the correct value.

  • SFDC – Custom frequency is not supported while creating Private offer in Buyer Installment Plan

  • SFDC – Number of Installments, Outstanding Amount and Total amount in plan fields are not supported under Buyer Installment plan while creating Private offer

  • SFDC- Creation of AMI CPPO Authorization is not supported from SFDC
