These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify web portal.

Web Portal V2 (SaaSify) :

AWS Public Offers

Feature Updates

  • Introduced a checkbox under Offers > Providers: Concurrent agreements eligible

    • This checkbox transitions your integration to the Event Bridge workflow required for CA. If left unchecked, the system will continue to utilize the standard SNS (Simple Notification Service) approach for non-concurrent agreements (This option is only available for SaaS products).

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed a bug where very small prices (like 0.0000001) would switch to a scientific format (like 1e-7) when toggling the "Additional Dimensions" checkbox.

AWS Private Offers / ABO / CPPO Authorizations

Feature Updates

  • AWS has introduced Concurrent Agreements, a major update to how SaaS are procured and managed in the AWS Marketplace. This release moves away from the "one account, one agreement" limitation, offering greater flexibility for large-scale enterprise customers.

  • SaaSify has fully integrated this feature, enabling your organization to manage multiple, independent contracts for a single product simultaneously, ensuring a seamless and automated procurement experience across your entire enterprise

    • Previously, an AWS account was restricted to a single active agreement per product. With this update, customers can now hold multiple active agreements for the same product simultaneously. This enables different departments or business units within a single organization to:

      • Purchase independent sets of licenses or entitlements.

      • Operate under different contract terms (Private Offers) for the same software.

      • Manage separate budgets and renewal timelines without impacting other teams.

    • UI Changes

      • Introduction of License ID under Subscription which uniquely identifies each license, enabling you to track multiple purchases from the same customer independently (This field is visible only for SaaS products).

      • Selection of Agreements through a drop-down when multiple active agreements are present under Agreement based offers

  • Enabled the creation of private offers and configuration of offer terms for AWS Direct AMI products within the V2 portal, ensuring a seamless end-to-end publishing workflow.

    • Extended Terms: Increased maximum offer duration to 4380 days (12 years).

    • Discount Logic: Fixed the Upfront Commitment Discount to correctly apply to Public Offer pricing, ensuring consistent calculations when navigating between screens.

    • Account ID Fixes: Enabled leading zeros in Buyer Account IDs and resolved a bug where pasting IDs shorter than 12 digits caused data duplication.

  • Improved the user experience in the Private Offer (PO) and CPPO creation flow by automatically trimming trailing spaces from email fields, such as ISV notification recipients, allowing the workflow to proceed without validation errors.

Registration form

Feature Updates

  • Upgraded the OKTA authentication logic to include the PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange) flow, enhancing security by eliminating the exposure of access tokens in the browser URL during registration.

Microsoft Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Added support for Microsoft deal registration for eligible won Co-sell and Partner-led deals, including pre-registration eligibility checks, registration form with API-led validation, and registration status visibility.

AWS Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Improved co-sell form enrichment behavior when field mappings are already configured: SaaSify now uses mapped CRM values as the primary source, enriches only supported blank address fields when needed, and does not overwrite mapped or user-provided data by default.

Dashboard

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue where "This Month" dashboard filters incorrectly set the start date to the last day of the previous month instead of the first day of the current month.

Azure MPO

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed a synchronization issue where Multiparty Private Offers (MPOs) incorrectly reverted to "Publish to Microsoft Partner Center" status after purchase and failed to map correctly to the configured subscription.

Microsoft Public offers

Feature Updates

  • Updated the billing configuration to allow the selection of up to 5-year billing terms, increasing the previous limit of 3 years.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue where the Plan ID field failed to trigger validation errors for invalid characters (capital letters, spaces, or special characters) and ensured that mandatory field alerts for Plan Name and Description are correctly displayed.

Seller Accounts

Resolved Issues

  • Resolved an issue where selected currencies (e.g., Euro, Australian Dollar) were not correctly displayed or saved upon the creation of a new AWS Seller Account.

Subscriptions

Feature Updates

  • Reintroduced the Map Customer action on the Subscription screen for AWS and GCP, enabling ISV Admins and Support roles to correctly associate subscriptions assigned to default users with specific customer accounts.

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SaaSify Web Portal

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)
