Create SaaS Listing in AMMP

Create an initial SaaS product

Follow these steps to create a SaaS offer:

  1. Sign in to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.

  2. For Products, choose SaaS.

  3. Choose Create SaaS product, and then choose SaaS product.

  4. Generate a SaaS product ID and code. You can also add optional tags to support tag-based authorization.

  5. Use the self-service experience to create the AWS Marketplace listing.

  6. Provide Product information

    1. Product title

    2. SKU

    3. Short description

    4. Long description

    5. Product logo URL

    6. Highlights

    7. Product categories

    8. Keywords

    9. Product video URL

    10. Resources

    11. Support information

  7. Configure fulfillment URL

    Kindly get in touch with your account manager or SaaSify team at saasify-support@spektrasystems.com to get the SaaSify fulfillment URL.

  8. Configure Product Pricing & Pricing dimension Add pricing dimensions:

    Provide a dimension API identifier, display name, and description to add a new dimension to your product, and then choose Next.

    Note:

    Your price will default to $0.01 per dimension during testing. This price allows you to test your product in the Limited state without incurring a large bill. You'll provide your actual price when making your product public.

  9. Select purchasing option
    See next page for more information.

  10. Choose which contract durations you want to make publicly available to buyers.

    1 month,12 months,24 months,36 months.

  11. Specify refund policy

  12. Configure EULA

  13. Configure Offer availability

  14. Configure allowlist

  15. Choose Submit.

  16. It can take up to 45 minutes for the offer publish to Limited Stage.

  17. Once offer is in Limited Stage, ISVs can Test & Review the Listing.

    Note:

Update product visibility

To change which buyers can view your product in AWS Marketplace, you can use Update visibility.

  1. Open the AWS Marketplace Management Portal, and then sign in to your seller account.

  2. From the SaaS products page, select the product that you want to modify.

  3. From the Request changes dropdown, choose Update visibility.

    Note:

    You can request that the product be moved from a Limited status to a Public status by using this change request. However, the change request must go through an AWS Marketplace Seller Operations team approval process to be moved to Public.

  4. To submit your request for review, choose Submit.

  5. Verify that the Requests tab shows the Request status as Under review. When the request completes, the status becomes Succeeded.
