Create an App and Link the Incoming Webhook    
To create an App and to Link the Incoming Webhook follow the steps below:

1. Click on Existing Team Channel

2. Click on Apps

3. Click on Get more apps

4. Search for Incoming Webhook in search bar and select it.

5. Click on open

6. Select the Newly created Channel

7. Select Configure, provide a name, and upload an image for your webhook if necessary and Click Create

8. Copy and save the unique webhook URL present in the dialog window. The URL maps to the channel, which you can use to send information to Teams. Select Done.
