Co-sell Enhancements
Feature Updates
Updated AWS co-sell solution naming format - Solutions Offered IDs now use AWS/APN's new soln- prefix format, replacing the older S-00XXXXX format for parity with AWS.
APN integration status column in HubSpot Deals- HubSpot deals now show APN co-sell integration status - You can now see which deals have been integrated with AWS APN via SaaSify, directly on your HubSpot deals. New custom Deal properties capture co-sell integration status and can be added as columns on the All Deals and My Deals views, giving teams at-a-glance visibility of APN-linked deals.
Configuration:
Go to Settings → Properties → Create Property, and under Object select Deal (always Deal, so the property works with the writeback mappings).
Create the required custom properties.
Map them to their fields under Mappings → Writebacks, then enable the Writeback option.
Add the two custom properties to the Deal Columns Grid so they show up in the views.
Once configured, the write-backs are applied automatically whenever a Co-sell is created.
Note: If you hit an error on Co-sell submission where write-backs don't flow to the Deal level, click Reset and move the Co-sell to Approved or Action Required — the write-backs will then display correctly at the Deal level.
AWS contact sync to dedicated HubSpot fields. AWS contacts on a co-sell previously all synced into a single label "Hyperscaler Contact", so every AWS role — AWS Sales Rep, Partner Development Manager, Solutions Architect etc— sat under the same generic label with no way to tell them apart at a glance. Each AWS contact now syncs into its own dedicated HubSpot label complete with the actual AWS role, so the record mirrors AWS's role taxonomy.
Manage Columns on the co-sell list. Users can choose which columns appear on the co-sell list screen, making large pipelines workable without horizontal scrolling.
Known Issues
