Upgrading SaaSify Package (Optional)

Whenever there is an upgradable version of SaaSify Package, we will notify you of the same. You can follow the below steps to upgrade the package.

Steps to upgrade

  1. Open the SaaSify listing in Salesforce AppExchange and click on Get It Now

    Note:

    Latest SaaSify Salesforce package version is SaaSify@3.84, Please reach out to the PSM to inquire about how to add this version.

  2. Click on Log in under Log in with Trailblazer.me

  3. Log in to Salesforce with your production credentials by selecting Continue with Salesforce option and ensure that the user is a Salesforce Administrator

  4. Click on “Install in Production” or your Sandbox Salesforce Organization on the pop-up “Where do you want to install this package?

  5. Review the installation details and check the box next to I have read and agree to the terms and conditions

  6. Click on Confirm and Install

  7. You will be prompted to log in again to Salesforce using your Salesforce Instance details to complete the installation

    Note: When you select "Install in Sandbox", you are redirected to test.salesforce.com where you can log in with your Sandbox credentials and upgrade the package

  8. Select “Install for All Users” and click on Upgrade

  9. In the Approve Third-Party Access pop-up, check the box next to Yes, grant access to these third-party websites, and click on Continue to start the upgrade of the package

  10. Click Done after the upgrade is complete.

  11. Once the package is successfully upgraded and installed, an email is sent to the user

  12. You can find the upgraded package (Package Name: SaaSify) under Setup Apps Packaging Installed Packages.

Facing Issue in upgrading the Package

Note:

If you’re encountering the below error while upgrading the package then follow below steps before doing the upgrade “Your request to install package "SaaSify ver 3.84" was unsuccessful. None of the data or setup information in your salesforce.com organization was affected.

  1. Navigate to Setup by clicking the Gear icon, then select Setup from the dropdown menu.

  2. In the Setup page, click on the Object Manager tab.

  3. Under the Quick Find search bar, enter Co-sell Amazon or Amazon Co-sell.

  4. Select the Co-sell Amazon object and click on Edit.

  5. Under Optional Features, check the box for Allow Reports and click Save.

  6. Once the changes are saved, proceed with upgrading the package.
