Purpose

The purpose of this document is to integrate your Salesforce CRM with SaaSify platform:

1. To automate the creation and publishing of Private Offers to the Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and GCP)

2. To automate the ACE and Microsoft Co-sell process.

In this document, we will go through the below steps:

1. Installing a fresh new SaaSify Package

2. Upgrading SaaSify Package (Optional) — This is only applicable when you already have an existing SaaSify Package installed and looking to upgrade with a new one.

3. Configuring and Testing of SaaSify package in Salesforce

7. Unable to validate the connection in SaaSify (Optional) — This is only applicable when you receive an error when validating the Salesforce connection in SaaSify for the Sandbox Environment.

Prerequisites for SaaSify Package Installation

Ensure that the user has the required roles and permissions to install the SaaSify package from Salesforce AppExchange. A user with the System Administrator role would have all the rights to perform the actions explained in this document.

Prerequisites for SaaSify

• Ensure a new tenant is created for your organization in SaaSify. This can be done by reaching out to SaaSify team (psm-saasify@spektrasystems.com)

• Ensure you have the Publisher Admin rights on this new tenant and a Seller Account is created for the respective cloud provider in SaaSify. Kindly reach out to SaaSify team (psm-saasify@spektrasystems.com)

• Make sure that you have configured Private Offers & Co-sell details under the Seller Accounts.

• SaaSify Engineering team provides a Local User (which is created in SaaSify) so that Salesforce Credentials can be configured using a Username and Password

• SaaSify Engineering Team must grant tenant-level access before creating the Private Offer or Co-sell in Salesforce
