SaaSify HubSpot Integration Setup

This article describes the steps that are required to establish a connection between HubSpot CRM and SaaSify platform.

Prerequisites

  • PSM will provide the environment-specific SaaSify URL. Please use that URL to proceed with the HubSpot integration.

    Note:
    The SaaSify HubSpot App is created in the HubSpot Developer Account of SaaSify and is fully managed by SaaSify.

Configuring HubSpot App Creds in SaaSify

Please follow the below steps to update the details in SaaSify: 

  1. Login to SaaSify using the Publisher Admin credentials 

  2. Navigate to Settings --> Integrations

  3. Select HubSpot from the left-hand panel

  4. Enable Allow Write-Backs to HubSpot

  5. Enter the HubSpot Account ID (You can find the HubSpot Account ID in the URL of the HubSpot Account or under the Profile) 

  6. Click on Save. You should see a confirmation message: “Configuration saved successfully 

  7. Click on Validate 

  8. You will now be redirected to authenticate the HubSpot credentials 

  9. Select the HubSpot Account from the list that is used to manage the Deals.

  10. Click on Choose Account 

  11. Review all permissions and click Connect App 

  12. Once the validation is successful and connection is established, you should see a message “Thank you for validating the HubSpot credentials” and get redirected back to SaaSify.

Creating SaaSify Deal in HubSpot

Creating SaaSify Deal in Co-sell management will help you in tracking and managing

  • AWS Referrals / ACE Originated (AO) Co-sells - All the Invitations that are shared by ACE Team will be visible by default under SaaSify Deal. 

  • Partner Referrals / Partner Originated (PO) Co-sells - All Partner Originated Co-sell opportunities that are created directly in ACE Partner Central and have no Deal IDs linked to it will also be visible by default under SaaSify Deal. 

Please follow the below steps to add SaaSify Deal:

  1. Login to HubSpot 

  2. Navigate to CRM --> Deals 

  3. Click Create deal 

  4. Provide Deal name as ‘SaaSify Deal 

  5. Click Create. 

Adding SaaSify HubSpot App as a Card

Adding the Card SaaSify HubSpot App to Deals will help us manage Co-sell opportunities. Please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to HubSpot 

  2. Navigate to Settings on the top-right corner 

  3. Navigate to Account Management --> Integrations 

  4. Click Connected Apps 

  5. You should be able to see an installed SaaSify HubSpot App. Click on the name of the installed App

  6. Click on the App Cards tab.

  7. Click on Manage Locations.

  8. A side panel will appear — next to Default View, click on Customize you will be redirected to a new window 

  9. You can add the SaaSify card in two ways:

  • Approach 1: Add the SaaSify card to an existing tab

    • Click on Add cards

    • Enable the SaaSify HubSpot App

    • Close the card window

    • Now you can see the SaaSify HubSpot App card added to the Default view

    • Click on Save and exit.

  • Approach 2: Add the SaaSify card by creating a new tab

    • In the Default view layout, click on + to create a new tab 

    • Add a name as per your requirement. For example: add SaaSify Co-sell 

    • Click on Done 

    • Click on Add cards

    • Click Apps 

    • Enable the SaaSify HubSpot App

    • Close the card window. 

    • Now you can see the SaaSify HubSpot App card added to the Default view 

    • Click on Save and exit.

Once the above steps are performed, the new tab SaaSify Co-sell with the SaaSify HubSpot App (card) will be shown in all the Deals. You can now manage all your Co-sell opportunities through HubSpot with this tab.
