AWS Private Offer / FDA / ABO
Feature Updates
SaaSify now supports contract durations of up to 12 years (144 months) for AWS Marketplace private offers, agreement-based offers, and authorizations up from the previous 5-year limit. This enables ISVs to accommodate enterprise customers with long-term procurement cycles and multi-year licensing agreements.
Private Offers: Create offers with contract end dates up to 12 years from the start date (max 4,380 days / 625 weeks / 144 months / 12 years).
Payment Schedules: Installment limit increased from 60 to 86 across private offers, ABOs, and CPPO authorizations
Agreement-Based Offers: Service end dates can extend up to 12 years from today, even when the prior PO was ≤ 5 years.
AWS Resale Authorizations
Feature Updates
ISVs can create selling authorizations with contract terms up to 12 years, setting the maximum allowable duration for their Channel Partners.
New Reseller channel type for AMI: When creating a private offer from HubSpot (Cloud provider = AWS, Product type = Amazon Machine Image), you can now select Reseller as the channel type with program type CPPO.
Authorization creation for Hourly / Hourly with Annual AMI products with pricing model Contract pricing with upfront payments - define contract duration (custom duration supported), currency, authorization availability, EULA, and contract pricing per instance type, with optional additional usage price/hr.
Lifecycle actions: Deactivate, and Clone are supported, with authorization records and status updates syncing to associated HubSpot records.
GCP Private Offer
Feature Updates
Users can now extend the contract duration of GCP private offers directly from HubSpot. This brings the Extend functionality previously available in the SaaSify web app to the HubSpot surface, letting sales teams extend active contracts without leaving their CRM.
Co-sell Enhancements

Enhanced global search feature in HubSpot and Pipedrive with opportunity name.
Support for searching: Managed and Unmanaged customers during Microsoft co-sell creation from HubSpot.
Added the “Estimated ACR” field for Private and IP co-sell deal types, allowing partners to capture estimated Azure consumed revenue at submission.
The “Hero Program” field is now enabled for applicable “Solution Play” values, aligned with Partner Center.
Support for cloning Microsoft co-sell opportunities directly within HubSpot.
A tooltip-based notification now indicates deal eligibility, giving sellers upfront visibility into whether a deal qualifies before submission.
Create and edit support for funding programs and sub-programs with cash claims.
Partners can now create funding requests directly within SaaSify, enabling them to initiate and track AWS program funding without leaving the platform. The create flow guides partners through all required details including program selection, project information, contact details, and cash or credit funding specifics in a single structured form. Requests are automatically linked to the associated Co-sell Opportunity, eliminating manual cross-referencing between systems. Once submitted, the funding request is tracked end-to-end within Partner Funding Central, giving partners full visibility into status and progress from one place.
Known Issues
Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in HubSpot
