Dashboard

Feature Updates

  • Implemented dashboards and below are the available dashboards under Reports menu

ACE Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • AWS Bulk Manager

    • Bulk Import - Allows users to import multiple co-sell records via a structured CSV template in SaaSify Webapp. Includes validation and success/failure logs. 

    • Bulk Update - Enables updates to existing co-sell records (e.g., status, owner, stage) in batch using a similar import interface. 

    • Bulk Transfer - Supports transferring ownership of multiple co-sell records to another CRM user from the Web App dashboard. 

Subscriptions / Agreements

Feature Updates

  • Implemented subscription screens for AWS, AMP and GCP 

  • The Usage and Transactions tabs now update the selected currency from private offer in Unit Price, Cost to Customer, and Billed Amount fields. Currency is displayed using the currency code instead of the symbol to ensure clarity and consistency.

Application General

Feature Updates

  • Display the Tenant Name in the header for better context and navigation. 

  • Corrected the spelling of “Initialization” in the tenant data initialization step. 

  • Enhanced each setup step to show additional details, such as custom domain name and estimated execution time. 

  • Added a terminal stage indicator to confirm completion and notify when a system email has been sent.

Microsoft Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • Creation and submission of SaaS & professional services direct private offer from Webapp

  • Activation Flow for Azure Flexible Billing Plans

    • Custom plans created for Azure Flexible Billing now inherit the Activation Flow from the associated Public Offer plan, instead of defaulting to automatic activation. This ensures Subscriber Input Required works consistently for both public purchases and custom plan private offers.

Microsoft Multiparty Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • Creation and submission of SaaS MPO offer from Webapp

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SaaSify Web Portal

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)

  • WebApp v2 – Creation of SaaS Subscription-based CPPO Authorization is not supported
