This article explains how to Login to your SaaSify instance via Local account, Google, Microsoft Account, or OKTA.

Pre-requisites

• In order to access SaaSify, you will need to know your SaaSify tenant URL, such as https://yourcompany.saasify.ai.

• User should have access to the tenant (Initially access is provided by SaaSify team to the primary contact of ISV).

Login to SaaSify

This section outlines the process of logging in to SaaSify.

1. Navigate to your tenant URL, such as https://yourcompany.saasify.ai.

2. Click on Sign in.

3. Select the Identity Provider (Sign in with Local User, Google, Microsoft, or OKTA).

Local Account Sign In

1. Follow the above three steps.

2. Enter below details

   1. Email

   2. Password

   3. Confirm password

   4. First name

   5. Last name

   6. Company

   7. Country

   8. State

   9. Check on "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" box

3. Click on register.

4. You'll received a verification code in your email, enter the verification code in Sign in page.

5. Verify & login successfully.

Sign in via Google, Microsoft Account, or OKTA

1. Navigate to your tenant URL, such as https://yourcompany.saasify.ai.

2. Click on Google, Microsoft, or OKTA to login into SaaSify.

3. You’ll be redirected to Google / Microsoft/ OKTA login page according to the option you choose .

4. Enter your username, password, and login successfully.
   

Note:

To login with OKTA, you need to configure OKTA with SaaSify. Please follow the section OKTA Integration under Integrations.

Forgot Password

1. If you forgot your password, then click on Forgot password from SaaSify Sign in page.

2. Enter your registered Email Address.

3. Click Send Link.

4. A link for resetting the password will be sent via email to your registered Email ID.

5. When you click on the Link sent to your email, you will be redirected to the SaaSify page, and you will be asked to enter New Password.

6. Click Reset Password.

7. After reset password login to SaaSify successfully.
