Adding Users (Give Permissions)

This article explains how you can add and delete users to your SaaSify Instance.

Pre-requisites

  • Login to your SaaSify Instance with Publisher Admin Role.

Roles and Permissions

You determine the access your users have to SaaSify by the roles you assign to them.

Below are the roles that are supported:

  1. Publisher Admin

    View, create, and manage everything including Private offers, Purchase and Subscription, Leads, Transactions, Reports, Co-sell, add users, modify your SaaSify tenant branding-logo and many more.

  2. Publisher Reader (Limited Access):

    Can view only Public and Private offers, subscriptions, Transactions and reports and export reports etc.

Add new User

To add Users, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to your tenant URL, such as https://yourcompany.saasify.ai

  2. Click on Settings (gear icon) on top right of the screen.

  3. Next, you need to navigate to the USERS tab.

  4. Click on Add User.

  5. Fill in required details

    • Ensure the Email provided is UPN to the Identity Provider (UPN of Azure AD etc.)

    • Select the required role from the checkbox

  6. Click on Save to finalize.

Delete User

To delete Users, please follow the below steps:

  1. Follow 1 to 3 steps in above section.

  2. Click on the Actions buttion of the user you wish to delete.

  3. Click on delete.

  4. User will be deleted successfully.
