What's new When creating or editing an Azure private offer with custom pricing, ISVs can now set the custom price for each market in SaaSify WebApp using Excel import and export. - Export pricing: Download the private offer's pricing as an .xlsx file. The file lists every market on the plan with its currency, the custom price for each billing term, and the price per unit for each custom meter dimension. - Edit offline: Set customer-specific prices for one or more markets in the spreadsheet. - Import pricing: Upload the edited file. SaaSify validates it before saving and shows clear errors for issues such as missing markets, currency mismatches, invalid prices, or unknown meter dimensions. - After importing the excel, pricing will get hidden except meters How does this help ISVs can now price private offers by market without leaving SaaSify for Partner Center. Validation on import catches pricing errors before the offer is published, so customers get accurate pricing and fewer offers need to be withdrawn and reissued. #### Enhancement - ISVs can now pull a missing subscription into SaaSify on demand using the new Pull Subscription action on the Subscriptions list, just like pulling private offers today. - The action works the same way across Azure and GCP. SaaSify automatically handles the marketplace-specific details in the background, so missing subscriptions can be recovered directly from the UI without raising a support request. ### ISV Onboarding #### Enhancement ISVs can now pull existing AWS Offer Sets, along with their linked private offers, into SaaSify WebApp during onboarding via Setup your account. What’s new - Pull offer sets toggle: A new toggle on the Configuration step (off by default). When it’s on, the offer type field is hidden and the flow is limited to offer sets. - Date filter: Pull by “Last 30 days” or a custom range of up to 12 months. Active & Expired offer sets are pulled. - Offer set selection: Choose which offer sets to import, with each one’s name, ID, and linked private offers shown. - Onboarding History: Each pull is logged, and the offer sets and private offers that were downloaded can be viewed. With the toggle off, onboarding works as before. ### AWS Offer Sets #### Email Notifications - Expiration emails are now supported for offer sets. Configure the “AWS Marketplace Offer Set Expired (OfferSetExpiredToCustomer)” event under Notifications to enable them. - Offer sets details are now populated in Individual private offer purchase order emails which were purchased through an offer set #### Enhancement - Filters support in Offer sets menu - Support to modify expiration date once the offer set is published and not purchased - Support for Linking / Unlinking of Individual Private offers which are in Details shared with customer status from offer sets - Linking of Solutions to an Offer set - Activity status screen under Offer sets - Push to CRM support from Offer set - Manual Pull of offer sets along with its private offers into WebApp - Association of Individual private offers - Re-associate private offers to an Offer Set after unlinking - Unlinked offers retain Offer Set details - Published Offer Sets prevent re-association of unlinked offers ### AWS Private offers / ABO / Authorizations / Channel partner private offers #### Feature Flexible Net Payment Terms Why It Matters Enterprise buyers often need 60, 90, or even 120 days to pay, and deals can stall when offers only support AWS’s standard terms. Now you can set the right payment terms directly in SaaSify, so payment timing never gets in the way of closing. What’s New - Choose a payment term on private offers: Select AWS default or Net 15 to Net 120 when creating an offer. The term applies to all charges in the offer, including upfront, recurring, and usage. - Set a maximum term for channel partners: When creating a resale authorization, set the longest payment term your partners can offer. - Partners see only allowed terms: When creating a CPPO, the Payment Terms dropdown shows only options within your maximum. - See terms in one place: The payment term shows on the offer and on the agreement once the buyer accepts. #### Filters Filter bar and session handling - Private Offers, Offers, Subscriptions, Co-sell, Partner Offers and Uploads now have a compact filter bar in place of the Advanced Filters pop-up, modeled on the AWS Marketplace Management Portal. Users build a filter in the bar by choosing a field, a condition and a value from a list of valid options. Filters apply as soon as they’re chosen and show as chips that can be edited or removed one at a time. - A loading indicator now shows while the app checks a user’s access on page reload, and the side menu highlights the current section. After a session time out, users return to the page they were on when they sign back in. Settings > Notifications Event notifications screen The Event Notifications screen has been redesigned, and email, Slack and Microsoft Teams are now configured in one place instead of separately. - Events list: users can browse and filter events. Opening an event shows a side panel with a card for each notification method. - Email: configurable per offer and plan. Recipients can be added as To, CC or BCC, chosen by role, by named people or from the event’s context, and each email can use a role-based or default template. - Slack and Teams: notifications can go to a specific channel through a webhook URL and channel name, or to particular users, either derived automatically or entered by email. Alternatively, they can use the channel already set on the offer. - Controls: each notification can be turned on or off, saved, updated or deleted. ### AMP Purchase Order Email Correct Subscription End Date on Azure Purchase Orders - ISVs can now correct the subscription end date shown on an Azure Marketplace purchase order directly from the Subscription Details screen and re-issue the purchase order. - The corrected date is saved separately from the marketplace data, so it is not overwritten when subscription details refresh from Microsoft. Re-issued purchase order emails will use the corrected end date. - This feature applies only to Azure Marketplace subscriptions and can be enabled at the tenant level through Application Configuration. ### Azure Public Offers #### Enhancement - When an Azure Marketplace subscription is purchased for an offer not yet configured in SaaSify, the auto-created offer and plans now show their actual display names from Microsoft Partner Center instead of internal IDs. - Correct names now appear across Offer and Plan lists, Purchase Orders, subscription emails and Reports ### Co-Sell #### AWS leads bulk operations (Co-sell) Teams can now create and enrich AWS Co-sell leads in bulk. They upload leads from a CSV template or select existing leads and send them for AWS enrichment. Each bulk action appears on an Uploads list with its type (Create or Enrich), file or batch name, date, status, who started it, and total, success and failure counts. Fixes in this release: - Required fields are now enforced when uploading. - Imported leads no longer show up under Invitations. - Enrichment data now appears on the lead details page. - Contact name, email and phone appear on the lead’s company details. - Lead details fields now match AWS Partner Central. - Lead details carry over when a lead is converted to an opportunity. #### Microsoft co-sell referral improvements Creating and editing Microsoft co-sell referrals is now faster and more accurate. - Customer lookup by Microsoft Account ID: Users can find a customer by entering the Customer Company Location and the Microsoft Account ID. A partial ID also returns matches, and an invalid or empty ID shows a clear message. - Acceptance guidance: Fields on the create, edit and clone forms now show supporting information and, where Microsoft provides one, the acceptance-rate increase. For example, adding Customer Needs notes can raise the acceptance rate by 5%, and choosing a type of Help from Microsoft can raise it by 8%. - Estimated ACR validation: Entering 0 for Estimated ACR now shows “Please enter a number greater than 0”, matching Partner Center. - Mappings: “Solution Play” has been renamed to “Conversation” and backward compatibility is handled. #### AWS opportunity tags, AWS Updates and deal sizing (ACE 3.0) AWS co-sell opportunities now support ACE 3.0 tags, AWS-suggested updates, marketplace offer associations and deal sizing. - Tags: key/value tags are in Additional Details. Draft opportunities can save a key without a value. Once a tag is saved its key is read-only, but tags can still be added or deleted. Duplicate tags are blocked, and tags can’t be managed once an opportunity is Launched or Closed. - AWS Updates: a new section under Next Steps shows changes AWS has suggested, so users can compare and apply them. - Marketplace offers: an AWS Marketplace offer or offer set can be associated with an opportunity. - Deal sizing: a new Deal Size tab supports these estimation methods: forecast MRR from TCV (1–144 months, USD or EUR), forecast MRR, AWS Pricing Calculator and manual entry. It also shows AWS MRR, AWS product selection and the AWS partition. #### Co-sell screens and bulk actions #### Several changes to co-sell screens and actions: - AWS create and edit: the Project Details step uses ACE 3.0 labels and tooltips. Estimated MRR has moved to the Deal Size tab. A new “AWS Marketplace products and solutions” section supports the Solutions and Other association types, plus manual ARN entry. - AWS editability by status: fields can be edited or are read-only depending on the opportunity’s status in Partner Central (Action Required or Approved). - GCP bulk reject: a multi-select Stage filter has been added, and Accept and Reject stay available after a bulk reject. - Microsoft referrals: Accept is enabled only after team members are added, and referrals can be declined at any point. - Azure Needs Review: Azure co-sell details pages now behave like GCP for referrals needing review. Push to CRM, Change Stage, Clone and similar actions are hidden. - AWS lead details: missing fields have been added to match Partner Central, including the opportunity ID, draft status, next steps and interaction times. #### AWS contacts on approved co-sells Once an AWS co-sell is Approved or Accepted, its AWS contacts (such as Partner Development Managers and Partner Managers) now appear in separate sections based on their association. #### AWS co-sell Slack notifications AWS co-sell status changes (approved, action required, rejected, launched, closed lost) and invitation events (received, accepted, rejected, expired) now send Slack notifications in addition to email. Each notification shows the opportunity name and ID, the customer, and the reason where relevant, along with a button that opens the record. A new “Partner Referral Submitted to AWS” event has been added. Slack notifications are currently set up by SaaSify support; self-serve setup with webhooks is coming in the next release. ### ### Funding - **Partner funding notifications (email, Slack, Teams**: Partners can receive email notifications when a funding application is submitted for AWS review. Each email shows the fund request ID, program and subcategory, requested amount, stage and opportunity ID. Its button opens the record in the partner’s connected CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho), or the SaaSify funding dashboard if no CRM is connected. - **Partner funding audit log**: Funding applications now have an Audit log tab, so partners can see a request’s history in one place. Each entry shows the timestamp in UTC, who made the change (a user, AWS sync or the system), where it came from (web app, AWS sync or CRM), and any notes or reasons. Entries come from AWS benefit notifications and SaaSify’s own event logs. The audit log is also available in Salesforce, and HubSpot support has passed QA. - **Funding terminology and application details**: “Benefits” is now called “Funding” in the web app’s sidebar menu and breadcrumbs. Funding applications now open on their own details page instead of a pop-up window, with Details and Audit log tabs, the same layout used for private offers and subscriptions. AI Agent Securing improvements from SaaSify backend - Launch SaaSify AI sessions through a protected server-side request and provide clearer startup errors ## Known Issues - Auto Pull of Offer sets is not working currently - Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. - In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline. - Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI. - Subscription is not created for AWS and Azure professional services private offer after purchase in Webapp ## Next Release - October, 2026.
