Troubleshoot steps
If Customer unable to see the private plans please follow the below steps :
Verify if ISV added correct market in their partner center offer and plan:
Login to Partner center.
Navigate to marketplace offers.
Click on the offer and private plan created for your customer.
Click on the Pricing and availability
Edit Markets
Verify if your customer country is selected or not.
In case not added , add correct country and republish the offer.
Verify if customer provided correct azure tenant ID :
Customer to log in to Portal.azure.com
Search for Microsoft Entra ID
Verify if the same tenant ID is added in ISV’s Partner Center→ Marketplace offers→ private plan.
In case not added, ISV to add correct tenant ID and republish the offer.
Verify if customer who is trying to accept & purchase private plan has access to the Microsoft Entra ID
Log in to portal.azure.com
Search for Microsoft Entra ID .
Verify if customer has access to the same tenant ID which is added in ISV private plan.
