Feature Updates

Email Notifications (All Cloud Providers)

Feature Updates

  • Added Customer Name field in Usage posting email 

    • This field will display data only when the user provides a Customer Company Name in the Private Offer

  • Added Offer type field in Usage posting email 

Microsoft Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Field mapping support for MS Co-sell 

  • Surface CRM connection for D365 and HubSpot in Webapp under AMP 

  • Updated D365 field mapping for improved co-sell sync 

ACE Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Support role now has Read/Write permissions across all tenants, enabling Partner Success Managers to configure and manage partner connection settings directly. 

  • New configuration option “ACE Co-sell Owner” added in ACE-co-sell CRM field mappings. ISVs can now assign ownership of Co-sell opportunities based on the ACE Co-sell Owner Email provided in this mapping. This ensures the ISV can assign co-sell owners based on their needs.

  • Added new deal statuses for private offers with a total value greater than or equal to 10 million

Microsoft Private Offers / CPPO/ RPOP (All Cloud Providers)

Feature Updates

  • Removed file count limit for private offers, users can now upload unlimited files within the size limit

Resolved Issue

  • Resolved an issue where filters were using Last Modified Date instead of Created Date, causing incorrect records to appear

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SaaSify Web Portal

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)

  • Purchase of AWS Professional service private offer will not work if private offer is created in AMMP Portal
