Seller Account Configuration in SaaSify

Follow the below steps in creating and configuring the Seller Account in SaaSify:

  1. Login to SaaSify (https://app.saasify.ai/ or https://<customdomainname>.saasify.ai/)

  2. Navigate to Providers > Seller Accounts > Click + Seller Account

  3. Provide the details below in the add seller account screen:

    1. Enter the Name of your choice for the Seller Account

    2. Select Provider as GCP Marketplace

    3. Select the Country

    4. Click on Save

  4. The above step will create a new seller account in SaaSify.

  5. In the Seller Accounts list view, click on the Edit option in the Actions menu.

  6. Take note of the Signup URL and Login URL. These details are required during the Technical Integration setup in GCP Producer Portal.

  7. Click on +Add Configuration

  8. Enable  "Purchase and Subscription Management" from the Configuration section.

  9. Input the Provider ID, Pub/Sub Topic URL, Project ID, Project Number information gathered in the SaaSify Integration - Gather GCP provider and project details for SaaSify Seller Account creation section

  10. For Upload credentials, click Choose file and Upload Service Account JSON for the service account (This file will be provided by SaaSify PSM’s).

  11. Click on Validate

  12. Click Save after validation is successful

  13. Once the seller account setup is configured, we can see the connection webhook URL registered/subscribed for the notifications under the respective GCP account console pub/sub subscriptions. To verify the same, we can follow the below steps:

    1. Navigate to GCP pub/sub console - https://console.cloud.google.com/cloudpubsub/topic/list

    2. Ensure the right GCP marketplace project is selected.

    3. Click on Subscriptions. You will now find the subscription created by this seller account creation process.

    4. Click on it to open the subscription.

    5. Navigate to Details tab, this webhook URL should be available as ‘Push endpoint’.
