This article provides step-by-step instructions on how you can integrate the different API Capabilities into the SaaSify platform, such as:
Technical Configuration, which is required for purchase and subscription management.
Private Offer integration, which helps in automating the publishing of Private offers into Azure Marketplace
Azure Insights to view and analyze your Marketplace Orders, Customers, and Usage information.
ISV onboarding experience
Payouts configuration to view your marketplace Receivables and Tax details.
Co-sell configuration to create and manage Co-sells.
Prerequisites
Roles required:
SaaSify – ISV should have a Publisher Admin
Azure Management Portal – Application Developer
Microsoft Partner Center – Manager or Owner
Adding Referral Admin in Microsoft Partner Center – Global Administrator
To configure Purchase and Subscription Management, Private Offers, Insights, Onboarding Data, Payouts, and Co-sell via SaaSify into the Azure Marketplace, a Microsoft Entra Application ID must be created in Azure Portal and onboarded with the right permissions via Partner Center. The user should have adequate rights to create a Microsoft Entra Application ID (Role: Application Developer) and to add the application to Microsoft Partner Center (Role: Manager or Owner).
Note:
The Microsoft Entra APP ID used during ISV onboarding for SaaSify (to download offers, plans, and subscription details) must be associated with at least one SaaS offer in its Technical Configuration for SaaSify Seller Account configurations to be validated.
If you are creating a new Microsoft Entra APP ID by following the steps on the next page, ensure that you create a test SaaS offer with at least one private plan. Use the newly created Microsoft Entra Application ID in the offer’s Technical Configuration and publish it. The offer only needs to reach the Preview state; it does not need to go Live for SaaSify Seller Account configurations to be validated.
Next Step
Follow the steps on the next page to create a Microsoft Entra Application ID in the Azure Portal.
