This article explains how to receive AWS CPPO purchase notifications from the SaaSify Portal by adding a Spektra email address to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal recipient list.

CPPO Email Notification Configuration

To receive an AWS CPPO purchase notification in the SaaSify Portal, we need to add a Spektra email to the recipient list. AWS does not send any event notifications for the CPPO flow. The only way to get the CPPO-related details is to read the emails AWS sends with the subjects “Channel Partner Private Offer Published” and “Customer accepted an AWS Marketplace channel partner offer” and extract the information from them.

Note:

Before proceeding with the steps below, make sure you have received Spektra’s email address from the PSM.

Follow the below steps to Configure email notifications for CPPO:

1. Sign in to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal and choose the Settings tab.

2. Scroll down to the Notifications section.

3. Click on Update Email Address under "Email for Custom Notifications."

4. Select Add New Recipients and enter the email address provided by PSM.

5. Click on Submit to save changes.
