Product and Pricing Setup

The following article explains how to set up a SaaS product in the GCP marketplace and its pricing.

Prerequisites

• Ensure SaaSify tenant is created with custom domain

• The Provider: GCP is enabled for the SaaSify tenant with Google as the Identity provider for SSO

• The Publisher Admin role is assigned to the ISV in SaaSify. This can be done with the support of SaaSify PSM.

Product Setup

Follow the below steps to create a new product/offer in Producer Portal:

1. Login to GCP Producer Portal

2. Select the marketplace project from the project list and ensure the Overview is selected

3. Click on Add Product

4. In the Add Product dialog box,

   1. Select product type as SaaS

   2. Enter Product Name

   3. Enable Compliance confirmation checkbox

   4. Click Create

5. On the Overview page, click Edit on the Product details review section

6. Fill the mandatory fields in the PRODUCT INFO tab – Product Image and other details as required and click Next

7. In the DOCUMENTATION tab, fill in the details as required and click Next

8. In the PRODUCT METADATA tab, fill in the details as required

9. Click Submit

Pricing Setup

Follow the below steps to setup pricing for the Product in Producer Portal:

1. Click on the Pricing option on the Add Product page

2. To set the pricing of a new product/offer in the Producer Portal, follow GCP documentation: https://cloud.google.com/marketplace/docs/partners/integrated-saas/select-pricing   

3. After Setup, Click Submit. The GCP marketplace team will take a few days to review and approve the submission.

4. While under review by the GCP marketplace team, continue with the next sections to set up the Technical Integration.
