These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify web portal.

## Web Portal (SaaSify) :

### Slack Notifications

#### Feature updates

- Support for **Private offer ready to be shared** and **Purchase Order** / **Offer purchased** Event for Private Offers (AWS / AMP/ GCP)
- CPPO - Support for events - **Channel Partner Private Offer is ready to be created** and **Purchase Order**

### AWS Public Offer

#### Feature updates

- Addition of **Description** field under **Usage dimensions**- When a new offer is created and downloaded via ISV onboarding, the description field will be downloaded under usage dimensions.

### AWS Private Offer/ Future dated Offer/ Agreement based Offer

#### Feature updates

- Support to show previous payment schedules under separate section called **Payment Schedule of Replaced Agreement** for ABO in webapp

  - a. Renamed Agreement ID with **Replaced Agreement ID**

  - b. Added a column of Remarks which will indicate that if payment date is in future, it will show as "Will be cancelled"
- Enhanced UI Experience of Product Dimensions for AWS PO, FDA (With FPS and Without FPS)
- Addition of **Description** field under Usage dimensions in Private Offer
- Addition of Missing fields under **Preview Screens** (AWS PO with FPS & Without FPS, FDA and ABO)
- Added **Contract duration** under **Price / Quantity** for Product Dimensions (AWS PO-With FPS & Without FPS, AWS FDA- With FPS & Without FPS)

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed the issue, if user create a Direct AWS Private offer in SF and purchase it and later create the Agreement based offer using the same product and Buyer Account ID used in previous Direct Private Offer and purchase it, subscription will show the status as “Cancelled” in previously created direct private offer agreement details.
- Fixed the issue where no default EULA was selected while creating the PO / FDA/ ABO
- Fixed the issue where Description was coming as empty for Product dimensions while creating ABO Offer

### AWS CPPO

#### Feature Updates

- For **Individual Pricing** discount type, disabled specific time duration & no set time duration if renewal is selected as Yes
- Improved UI experience for adding Product dimensions, users can now select the product dimension from drop-down and add them. (Only applicable for the products that have entitlement type as Buyer can choose one or more options offered / Multiple dimensions per product)

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed the issue where **Agreement Accepted date** data was missing
- Fixed the issue under **Usage dimensions** where Description was showing under Dimension Name and API name was showing under Dimension Name

### GCP Private Offer / Amend

#### Feature updates

- GCP Amend - Toggle for **Change offer duration** in Start type as Customer acceptance/ on offer approval
- GCP PO/ Amend- Added **Proration** dropdown which will appear only when Monthly billing frequency is selected
- Support for multiple document upload from Webapp for GCP PO & Amend
- Support for **GCP Customer’s Preview Screen**
- GCP Amend - Support for Start type as **On Existing offer's end**
- For Offer Expiration Notification Email from Webapp, changed the time zone as PDT for Offer Expiration date as per GCP Portal
- Enabled **Automatic Approval** for all customers
- Implementation of Missing fields/ tooltip/validation for GCP PO and Amend

### ACE Co-sell

#### Feature updates

- **Dynamics 365 CRM**: Webapp now supports integration with D365. The D365 as a connector and we can create and manage ACE Co-sell Opportunities via webapp.
- **All CRMs (Except SFDC)**: Support for creating Scheduler for All CRMs
- **All CRMs (Except SFDC)**: Support for Email Notifications (Auto Sync & Scheduler)

- **All CRMs (Except SFDC)**: Support to archive/ delete the ACE Co-sells which are in pending submission state
- **All CRMs (Except SFDC)**: Next steps should not be shown when Stage is Launched or Closed Lost
- **HubSpot**: Introduced new mapping type “**Expression**”, that will help the users to calculate the Estimated MRR by using formula.
- **All CRMs (Except SFDC)**: Support to show reference data for Static Mapping type in ACE Co-sell Mappings (Applicable to the fields that have picklist values).

## Known Issues

- Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)
- In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.
- Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)
- **Push to CRM** is not supported currently for Reseller Private Offer (CPPO).
