These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify web portal.

Web Portal (SaaSify) :

AWS Professional Services Public Offers

Feature Updates

  • Added a "Professional Service" badge under the Offer name for products classified as professional services 

  • Editing has been disabled for AWS Professional Service products, since they are imported via the ISV Onboarding process 

  • Added a radio option as Professional Services under Providers > Product type 

  • Removed billing variables, purchase attributes, usage posting rules, lifecycle workflow, contract duration, category, price, and additional dimensions from the Plans > Pricing screen

AWS Professional Services Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • Support for creation and purchase of AWS Professional Service Private offer 

Azure Private Offer & Multiparty Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • Support to upload multiple files for Azure Customer Private offer 

Note:

You can now offer flexible payment schedules in your Azure Multiparty private offers. This means you can customize how your customers pay over time — such as below:

  • Monthly, quarterly, or annual payments 

  • Different amounts at different times 

  • Delayed start to payments (e.g., no payment for first 2 months) 

  • Only Absolute Pricing Type is supported 

  • Only Flat rate pricing model is supported 

  • Added a Plan Type drop-down with values – New plan and Existing plan 

    • New Plan will have an ability to enable FPS 

    • New Plan will have an ability to create a new plan along with plan name & plan description 

    • Existing Plan will have the old flow where both Absolute and Discounted price can be enabled

  • Support for Push to CRM (SFDC), Refresh and Pull functionality

GCP Private Offer

Feature Updates

  • Introduced Deal type field in GCP Private offer. This field classifies the commercial context of a Private offer, such as whether it’s a new deal, renewal, migration, or a channel shift. This classification directly affects vendor revenue share, offer eligibility, and Marketplace reporting. Possible Values are:

    • New 

    • Channel shift 

    • Migration – new Google Cloud workload 

    • Native renewal 

  • Support for Push to CRM and refresh functionality 

GCP Reseller Private Offer Plan

Feature Updates

  • Introduced Deal type field in GCP RPOP. This field classifies the commercial context of a RPOP, such as whether it’s a new deal, renewal, migration, or a channel shift. This classification directly affects vendor revenue share, offer eligibility, and Marketplace reporting. Possible Values are:

    • New 

    • Channel shift 

    • Migration – new Google Cloud workload 

    • Native renewal

Known Issues

  • Calculation of minimum fee value in the installment schedule for GCP Private offer. (Issue from GCP)

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SaaSify Web Portal

  • In GCP portal for Customer acceptance scenario, offer end date is being calculated from Offer acceptance deadline.

  • Custom Dimensions for CPPO -Whitespace not allowed for Dimension name from API but allowed from AMMP UI (Issue from AWS)

  • Purchase of AWS Professional service private offer will not work if private offer is created in AMMP Portal
