These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify Salesforce package 3.147

Salesforce :

AWS Private Offers / ABO / CPPO Authorizations

Feature Updates

  • AWS has introduced Concurrent Agreements, a major update to how SaaS are procured and managed in the AWS Marketplace. This release moves away from the "one account, one agreement" limitation, offering greater flexibility for large-scale enterprise customers.

  • SaaSify has fully integrated this feature, enabling your organization to manage multiple, independent contracts for a single product simultaneously, ensuring a seamless and automated procurement experience across your entire enterprise

    • Previously, an AWS account was restricted to a single active agreement per product. With this update, customers can now hold multiple active agreements for the same product simultaneously. This enables different departments or business units within a single organization to:

      • Purchase independent sets of licenses or entitlements.

      • Operate under different contract terms (Private Offers) for the same software.

      • Manage separate budgets and renewal timelines without impacting other teams.

    • UI Changes

      • Introduction of License ID under Subscription tab which uniquely identifies each license, enabling you to track multiple purchases from the same customer independently (This field is visible only for SaaS products).

      • Selection of Agreements through a drop-down when multiple active agreements are present under Agreement based offers

AWS Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Customer Contact Details Section Behavior - This feature is a customization where the Customer Contact Details section to expand dynamically and works without relying on mapping automations. To experience this customization, the customer has to update the JSON in metadata in the SaaSify Settings to use the feature.

  • Support for Phone number under Partner Sales Contact Details section

  • Refined the Bulk Accept and Bulk Transfer experience. These improvements enhance usability, clarity of actions, and error handling, making bulk Cosell referral management smoother and more reliable.

Microsoft Co-sell

Feature Updates

  • Support for field level validation on DUNS field

  • Added support for Microsoft deal registration for eligible won Co-sell and Partner-led deals, including pre-registration eligibility checks, registration form with API-led validation, and registration status visibility.

GCP RPOP

Feature Updates

  • Enabled creation and submission of SaaSRPOP using Flat fee and flat fee with usage pricing models from SFDC.

  • Improved the SF UI for GCP RPOP amendments to make updates clearer and easier to manage. These UI enhancements improve usability, reduce errors during amendments, and provide a smoother experience when modifying existing GCP RPOP records.

Known Issues

  • Currently we are not showing Reseller Name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SFDC.

  • Before creating a GCP private offer or RPOP, ensure the Channel Type is set to 'Direct' in the GCP Private Offer mapping module and 'Reseller' in the GCP RPOP mapping module else it will not let user to create a private offer or RPOP

  • GCP Private offer: Validation is missing for invalid email addresses entered in the Sales Agent Primary Contact field

  • GCP SaaS Amend offer: For the "existing end date" option, the amendment end date initially appears two days earlier than expected. However, modifying other fields such as offer duration resets the end date to the correct value.

  • Custom frequency is not supported while creating Private offer in Buyer Installment Plan

  • Number of Installments, Outstanding Amount and Total amount in plan fields are not supported under Buyer Installment plan while creating Private offer

  • Creation of AMI CPPO Authorization is not supported from SFDC

  • Creation of SaaS subscription-based authorizations may result in an error when submitted from SFDC

  • Concurrent agreements are not supported for Professional services products
