ACE Co-sell
Feature Updates
Send Multi-partner Invitations and Accept & Reject Inbound Invitations - Adds ability to send multi-partner engagement invitations as well as accept or reject inbound invitations received in AWS Co-sells.
AWS: Send an Email on AWS Acceptance of PO Co-sell - Triggers automated email notifications to assigned CRM users when AWS accepts a Partner Originated co-sell. Keeps stakeholders informed of co-sell progression in real-time.
AWS: Create a Task on AWS Acceptance of PO Co-sell - Adds ability to automatically create a task in Salesforce when AWS accepts a Partner-Originated co-sell. Helps users track co-sell milestones and manage next steps effectively.
Improved the Co-sell messages displayed when the user clicks the Edit button

Azure Professional Services Private Offer
Feature Updates
Added a capability to create, publish and purchase Azure professional services private offer in SFDC

Azure SaaS Private Offer
Resolved Issues
Resolved the issue while creating an existing plan with flat rate and discounted type , it was showing Amount field
Resolved the issue in flexible schedule billing frequency that allowed duplicate charge dates to be added in the Flexible Payment Schedules.
Fixed the issue where the Notes field under Flexible Payment Schedule did not have a character limit
Fixed the issue where users could enter an amount greater than 1,000,000,000 in the Flexible Payment Schedule Amount field
Fixed the issue in the Charge Dates section that allowed users to add more than 70 installments
Fixed the issue where the total amount was not displayed on the details screen for private offers with Flexible Payment Schedules
Resolved the issue where the Terms and Conditions file was missing when a private offer was added to SFDC using the Push to CRM functionality
AWS Professional Services Private Offer
Resolved Issues
Fixed the validation for “Private offer name” field where it was not allowing any special characters
Fixed the validation for “Private offer description” field where it was allowing more than 255 characters
Known Issues
Currently we are not showing Reseller Name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SFDC.
SFDC – Product dimensions get cleared out in case of AWS CPPO – FPS when user edits the CPPO in draft and let users to add only one dimension
SFDC- Purchase of AWS CPPO Professional Service authorization is not supported
SFDC- Before creating a GCP private offer or RPOP, ensure the Channel Type is set to 'Direct' in the GCP Private Offer mapping module and 'Reseller' in the GCP RPOP mapping module else it will not let user to create a private offer or rpop
SFDC- There is a validation issue where users are allowed to save when extending GCP RPOP with a date beyond the plan end date
SFDC- For GCP RPOP, the plan start and end dates are based on calendar dates in the PST time zone
SFDC- GCP Private offer: Validation is missing for invalid email addresses entered in the Sales Agent Primary Contact field
SFDC- GCP SaaS Amend offer: For the "existing end date" option, the amendment end date initially appears two days earlier than expected. However, modifying other fields such as offer duration resets the end date to the correct value.
SFDC- For AWS SaaS and Professional Services products under CPPO authorization, the end date does not allow selection of the current date
SFDC- Adding custom dimensions is not restricted for AWS CPPO Professional Services authorization
