These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in HubSpot.

HubSpot :

Partner Funding

Feature Updates

  • Partners can now access the full Partner Funding Central experience directly within HubSpot. Submit, track, and manage AWS funding benefit requests including programs like MAP, POC, MDF, and more without leaving your HubSpot workspace.

  • Partners can now edit submitted benefit requests directly from HubSpot. Whether you need to update funding amounts, milestone dates, opportunity details, or supporting documents, changes can be made inline without needing to cancel and resubmit. (Edits are only available for requests in Draft or In Review status. Approved or disbursed requests cannot be modified.)

  • Partners can now cancel a benefit request directly from HubSpot if it is no longer needed or was submitted in error.

    • A cancellation reason is required before submission

    • Cancelled requests are marked with a Cancelled status badge and remain visible for audit purposes

    • Cancellation is available for requests in Draft, Submitted, or In Review status

    • Approved or disbursed requests cannot be cancelled

  • A new field mapping layer has been introduced specifically for HubSpot.

  • Field mappings can now be configured and managed from the SaaSify Web App and will automatically sync to your HubSpot integration giving admins a centralized place to govern how data maps across systems.

    How it works:

    1. Navigate to Settings → Benefits  Mappings → Create new in the SaaSify Web App

    2. Map your HubSpot properties to the corresponding Partner Funding fields

    3. Save and publish your mapping configuration

    4. The configured mappings are immediately available when submitting or editing benefit requests inside HubSpot

AWS Private Offers

Feature Updates

  • We’ve added new geotargeting controls to Direct Private Offers / ABO / FDA (SaaS and Pro Serve product types), giving sellers the ability to choose which countries can view and accept their offers.

    • Sellers can now select specific countries where a private offer is available.

    • Buyers outside the selected countries will not be able to accept the offer.

    • An “All Countries” option is available to make offers globally accessible.

    • India-based sellers can only sell to buyers in India. Geotargeting is automatically set to India and cannot be changed.

    • For buyers in an AWS Organization, geotargeting applies based on the buyer account’s country, not the payer account’s country.

AWS CPPO Authorization

Feature Updates

  • Introduced a new pricing model “Usage pricing” while creating Authorizations

    • This pricing model allows user to create SaaS Subscription based Authorizations
