This article explains how to receive AWS CPPO purchase notifications from the SaaSify Portal by adding a Spektra email address to the recipient list in the AWS Marketplace Management Portal.

CPPO Email Notification Configuration

In order to receive AWS CPPO purchase notification in SaaSify Portal we need to add a Spektra email in the recipient list. AWS do not send any event notifications for CPPO flow. Only way to get the CPPO related details is to listen on the emails that AWS sends with subjects “Channel Partner Private Offer Published” and “Customer accepted an AWS Marketplace channel partner offer” and extract the information from it.

Note:

Before proceeding with the below steps make sure you have received the Spektra’s email address from the PSM.

To receive email notifications from SaaSify, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Sign in to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal and choose Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Notifications section.

3. Click on Update Email Address under "Email for Custom Notifications."

4. Select Add New Recipients and enter the provided email address by PSM.

5. Submit the changes.
