# Create Custom Authorization Server

This article explains the steps on how to create custom authorization server.

## Create Custom Authorization Server

1. Select **Security -> API** from left menu-> Look for **Authorization Servers** tab and then click on **Add Authorization Server**

1. Fill the following details and click **Save**. Then new server will be created.

a. **Name**

b. **Audience**

c. **Description**

2. It will redirect to the details page, then under **Settings** tab click on **Edit**.

3. Select the value **Okta URL** for Issuer and then click **Save**.

4. Capture the **Issuer** as mentioned below and share it with the **SaaSify team**.

5. Select **Access Policies** tab and click on **Add Policy.**

6. Fill the following details and click **Create** **Policy**

  1. **Name**
  2. **Description**
  3. **Assign to**
    1. Select the option as **The** **following** **clients.**
    2. Under the text box, search for the **SaaSify** app and select it.
7. Now click on **Add rule**

8. Fill the following details and click **Create** **rule**

  1. **Rule Name**
  2. Select the grants
    1. **Authorization Code**
    2. **Implicit (hybrid)**
