Create a Seller Account in SaaSify

This article explains the steps to create seller account in SaaSify. The Seller Account plays an important role, as this holds the SaaS URL, SNS Webhook URL, SNS Data Feed Webhook URL, and the configurations that are required to enable the API Capabilities such as Read Offer and Plan details, Purchase and Subscription management, Private Offers, and Seller Data Feed.

Pre-requisites

  • Login to your SaaSify Instance with Publisher Admin Role.

  • Trusted Relationship Role ARN which obtained from the output of the stack created in the previous step.

  • IAM Role Trusted Entity ExternalId that you copied from the CFT template.

  • S3 Bucket name which is created during the Set up customer data storage process (Only the Bucket Name and not ARN)

Create Seller Account

The below steps are used to create a Seller Account in SaaSify using SaaSify Credentials:

  1. Navigate to Seller Accounts under Providers in SaaSify

  2. Edit the seller account which was created by PSM

  3. Click on + Add Configuration

  4. Select the checkbox Use SaaSify credentials

    Note:

    By selecting this checkbox, you agree to use SaaSify provided credentials to connect to the AWS marketplace.

  5. Select the API Capabilities that you would like to enable based on the requirement:

    1. Read Offer and Plan

    2. Purchase and Subscription management

    3. Private Offers

    4. Seller Data Feed

  6. Update the Trusted Relation Role ARN with the value which obtained from the output of the stack created in the previous step.

  7. Update the Trusted relation external ID with IAM Role Trusted Entity ExternalId that you copied from the CFT template.

  8. Update the Account ID with the value which you can see in the Trusted Relation Role ARN

  9. Update the S3 Bucket name which is created during the Set up customer data storage process (Only the Bucket Name and not ARN)

    1. This is only applicable if you enable Seller Data Feed as the API Capability.

  10. Click on Validate and Save.
