# CPPO Service Linked Role Setup

This article explains creating a CPPO service-linked role in the [AWS Marketplace Management Portal](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/homepage).

## Create Service Linked Role

> If the Service Linked Role is already set up, move on to the [next page](/v1/docs/ace-job-rule-setup). If the role mentioned below is missing in AWS Marketplace, you may encounter error **Account is missing AWSServiceRoleForMarketplaceResaleAuthorization** managed policy while creating a CPPO.

**To create a CPPO service-linked role in AMMP, please follow the below steps:**

1. Sign in to the [AWS Marketplace Management Portal](https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/management/homepage) and choose **Settings**.
2. In the **Settings** section, select the **Service-linked roles** tab.
3. On the **Service-linked roles** tab, select **Service-linked role for Resale Authorizations** or **Create** **Resale Authorizations integration**.
4. On the **Service-linked role for Resale Authorizations** or **Create Resale Authorizations integrations** page, review the information and confirm by clicking on **Create service-linked role** or **Configure integration**.
5. A message appears on the **Service-linked roles** page, indicating that the Resale Authorization service-linked role was successfully created.
