Azure Private Offer & MPO
Feature Updates
Added a tooltip under Plan name when New plan is selected
Users can now specify 4 and 5-year billing terms when they create a Private offer from SFDC.
Plans with multiyear contract durations are compatible with flexible billing schedules when included in a private offer.
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue where billing schedule, billing term was getting reset while changing the product
Fixed the issue where status was showing as Details shared with Customer in SFDC but the Private offer was Expired
Fixed the issue where Total amount was not displayed under details screen for FPS private offers
Resolved the date selection issue in date fields for Microsoft Private offer and MPO when users log in to SFDC from different time zones

Resolved the issue where instance type pricing data was not refreshing after applying a discount to public pricing.
Fixed the issue where the edit button appeared under instance type pricing on the details screen

Resolved the issue where the usage end date was not automatically updated upon extending the AMI private offer and changing the offer expiration date

AWS CPPO (Authorization - All product types)
Feature Updates
Added Deactivate capability for CPPO in Published status
Users can deactivate an authorization if Authorization Time Length is No set time duration.
Users can also deactivate an authorization if Authorization Time Length is Specific time duration and the End Date is in the future.
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue where user was not able to provide today’s date under End date field
Fixed issue for Individual pricing custom (12-month) offers where the Wholesale Price section displayed “Price (USD)” instead of the selected contract duration.
Private Offer / Co-sell
Feature Updates
Added support to redirect users to the newly created record after cloning a private offer or co-sell
Steps to configure:
Log into SFDC instance
Click on ‘Gear icon’ from top right
Choose Setup option
Under Quick find, search for ‘Custom metadata Types’
Under ‘All Custom Metadata Types’, click on 'Manage Records' from ‘SaaSify Setting’
Check for ‘New Record Creation Redirect’ under Label
Click on 'Edit'
Set value as ‘Yes’ under Setting Value
Click on ‘Save’
AWS Private Offer
Feature Updates
Added a Pricing Model section under Offer Term
Replaced the “Flexible Payment Schedule” checkbox with radio button options.
Available options:
Contract pricing with installment plan – Enables FPS.
Contract pricing with upfront payment – For creating non-FPS offers.
Resolved Issues
Fixed issue where updating AWS Professional Service private offer expiration dates within the allowed range showed an incorrect error

Raise Fund Requests
Users can now create partner fund requests directly from Salesforce Opportunities.

GCP Co-sell
Feature Updates
Support for mapping GCP Co-sell opportunities in Salesforce, enabling automatic syncing with Partner Hub updates.
Partner hub parity
Implemented key updates to align GCP Co-sell data models in Salesforce with Google Partner Hub standards. Added support for :
Identifying a Public Customer, includes support for educational institutions and other publicly listed organizations

Global Enhancement
Feature Updates
Secure File Handling: SF now sends File Version ID instead of public URLs when any EULA is uploaded to Private offers or CPPO, improving security for EULA uploads.
Steps for configuration:
Log into SFDC instance
Click on 'Gear icon' from top right
Choose Setup option
Under Quick find, search for 'Custom metadata Types'
Under 'All Custom Metadata Types’, click on 'Manage Records' from 'SaaSify Setting'
Check for 'Send_File_Version_Id’ under Label
Click on 'Edit'
Set value as 'Yes' under Setting Value to enable File version change for EULA, if we set it as ‘No’ then public link will be visible for EULA
Click on ‘Save’
Resolved Issues
Fixed the issue where user was not able to create GCP Co-sell
Known Issues
Currently we are not showing Reseller Name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SFDC.
SFDC – Product dimensions get cleared out in case of AWS CPPO – FPS when user edits the CPPO in draft and let users to add only one dimension
SFDC- Purchase of AWS CPPO Professional Service authorization is not supported
SFDC- Before creating a GCP private offer or RPOP, ensure the Channel Type is set to 'Direct' in the GCP Private Offer mapping module and 'Reseller' in the GCP RPOP mapping module else it will not let user to create a private offer or rpop
SFDC- There is a validation issue where users are allowed to save when extending GCP RPOP with a date beyond the plan end date
SFDC- GCP Private offer: Validation is missing for invalid email addresses entered in the Sales Agent Primary Contact field
SFDC- GCP SaaS Amend offer: For the "existing end date" option, the amendment end date initially appears two days earlier than expected. However, modifying other fields such as offer duration resets the end date to the correct value.
SFDC- Adding custom dimensions is not restricted for AWS CPPO Professional Services authorization
