## These release notes provide information about new features and bug fixes in SaaSify Salesforce package 3.102

## Salesforce :

### Mappings

#### Feature Updates

- Introduced Formula Builder support under Mapping type for ACE & MS Co-sell
  - It is an upgraded version of Expression mapping type for handling formulas

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed an issue where users had to manually add mappings after making changes to any field from “**Validate Mappings**”. Now, users can automatically add all required mappings with a single click using the **"****Fix Mappings****"** button
  - The action button is now disabled when any field has a status of Update or New
  - Fixed an issue where updates made through the mapping pop-up were not retained if the user closed the pop-up and saved without reloading. Now, users are prompted to save their changes before opening the Validate Mappings pop-up

### AWS Professional Service Private Offer

#### Feature Updates

- Introduced a new field called **Product type** and below are the field values
  - Software as a Service
  - Professional Service
- Creation & publish of Professional service private offer with **FPS** & **Non-FPS** **Pricing Model**
- End to end **purchase** and **subscription** management
- Support for **Extend** and **Cancel** functionality
- Support of **Pull** (Refresh) from WebApp functionality

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed an issue where adding multiple product dimensions resulted in an error due to the same API being displayed for all dimensions

### GCP Private Offer

#### Resolved Issues

- Corrected the capitalization in the "**Notes to your team**" and "**Notes for your customer**" fields
- Fixed an issue where the error message was not displayed under Offer Summary upon refresh from WebApp

### GCP Reseller Private Offer Plan

#### Feature Updates

- Support for **Cancel** and **Extend** functionality for GCP RPOP
  - Users can cancel RPOP from WebApp when it is published but not accepted by Reseller

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed the issue that caused cloud provider and channel type information to appear when modifying an RPOP in the **Published** state

### Microsoft Private Offer

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed an issue where Reseller Notification Recipients were still shown on the details screen when mapped, even if manually removed during creation

### AWS Private Offer

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed an issue where the Total Contract Value was displayed 2 times on the details screen

### AWS CPPO

#### Feature updates

- Changed the labels for **Renewal type** on the details screen
- **Buyer Account ID** will show asterisk symbol when Renewal is selected as Yes
  - Renamed the field label to **Buyer Account ID** and removed the "Optional" text

#### Resolved Issues

- Fixed an issue with the loader not functioning correctly when publishing a CPPO to the WebApp

## Known Issues

- Currently we are not showing Reseller Name while creating the AWS CPPO Authorization in SFDC.
- SFDC- While creating a new GCP PO / Amend offer, if user enables Auto Renew and check the total contract value. Total contract value will be shown more than the expected contract value in SF.
- SFDC- While amending a GCP private offer, installments will not be shown correctly in case of renewals
- SFDC- When the AWS Private offer is published to WebApp, most of the logs were created as "Private offer Retrieved" under Loggers
- SFDC- Mismatch in calculation of Contract duration for AWS FDA Private offer
- SFDC- Product dimensions resets to 0 for AWS Agreement based offers instead of retaining previous private offer pricing
- SFDC – Product dimensions get cleared out in case of AWS CPPO – FPS when user edits the CPPO in draft and let users to add only one dimension
- SFDC- Subscription gets created for AWS FDA offer purchase before the start date

## Next Release

- May, 2025.
